Watch out for this place, they play many games in

Watch out for this place, they play many games in different ways to trap your money: they first list a fair market value price on carfax, when you come, you were told if you do finance you will get $1800 discount. When you did the finance they will tell you : oh the finance is to help them to get the $1800 rebate from bank. Rebate is not for you, and if you don’t do finance and use cash instead, they will increase $1800 on the listed price. After you agree to do finance, they will recommend you to get $3800 store exclusive certificate (which is actually a store specific warranty) we think it’s a junk because Honda still in manufacture warranty does not need 100k power trim warranty, we already have AAA that we don’t need road side assistance either, and most likely we won’t be able to come back for their store specific warranty. The sales person tell us it’s nation wide coverage, I just don’t buy it - It says on their flyer this location specifically. Anyway, after we clearly stated that we don’t want to buy this certificate or warranty, they suggest reduce the price of certificate to $1899 to try to get us on hook. We still don’t want it. So they showed their true face : if you don’t want the certificate we have to add another $1899 to your purchase price!!!! Run away as fast as possible from this place, run a bit slower, you will be force to leave $1800 before you can walk out even if you don’t buy a car from them 😂 After we clearly stated we don’t want the car with this ridiculous offer, one of the manager come to try to persuade us to still pay that so called certificate, when we reflect it to a manager called Rafael Figueroa, he said :”what can you do ? All our car come pre certified , of course you have to pay the certificate.” Dude, It’s not my first time to deal with dealer. Your style of eating is not so elegant, even if you try to swap the optional warranty to so called certificate, we still have option not to buy it . If you want to mandatory add $1899, put it on your online advertising so you don’t risk pricing misleading fraud. And indeed there is nothing that I gain from expose the way you guys doing business , but I am wishing more people know your game plan before they walk into your place and wasted hours of their precious time, just to pay an unfair hidden price.
