Terrible experience! first company to treat awful

I've been trying to buy a car for two days and I can't reach anyone. I can only communicate with them by message. They treat customers like animals. This is not my opinion. She texted me and said “ have to bear w me “ and they wanted my social security card picture! This is illegal! Instead of talking to me on the phone, the finance manager shouted over the loudspeakers 'do what I want or you won't be able to buy this car'. Although the bank said I had ten approved loans, they asked me for a co-signer.

DISHONEST ADVERSTISING!!!!

Dishonest. They advertised a car they did not have and confirmed on the phone was available. I made the trip there and they tried to sell me a different car. Very bad business!!!

The worst dealership, they didn't give me the manual and

The worst dealership, they didn't give me the manual and the spare key, I'm supposed to pick it up, they didn't have a clue where to find it and nobody knew nothing, I went many times and just they pissing me off. Definitely don't recommend it!!!!!

Run don’t buy

Very disappointed on march 3 , 2023 I bought a car. From them . After only 2 months the car was giving me issues. The Transfer case needed to be replaced . Which I was told could take some time . Also that In order for the warranty to cover they had to take the car apart which would take them some time . To then get and approval from the warranty company . If the warranty declines the work . Then I would be held liable for the cost of the labor hours . I’m in tears because I have no other form or transport . With a special needs child car has been there for a week . And no luck(also the repair shop wouldn’t give me a loaner . Told the sales person if she wanted to give me a loaner she can pay for it .!) what !!!ri put down payment of 10,000 I can’t afford to dish out another 3000 if the warranty doesn’t approve it just for labor .not counting the repair . I wouldn’t wish this on no one .so disappointed . And while I have asked for a manager I get bounced around with no luck .

Let's see. They advertised one price and when we called about it the salesman stated he'd speak with the finance mngr. And get back with us. That never happened and all of a sudden the listing price was changed. We called back and received know direct answer and still awaiting some positive contact regarding the listed advertisement for the vehicle. I'm curious to see if they honor what they list especially since listed for numerous weeks at a certain price on multiple sites. So far let's see. Maybe the little guy will get a break for once. Integrity is everything right?! We will see tomorrow....maybe! Will return.

Its all good. We'll be in contact with them today. We let yesterday slide hoping with some chance that they (Rte 46 Mts) would atleast attempt at a minimum to make some sort of contact. Maybe try and explain or anything really. Unfortunately they did not. BUT !! They have been busy thats for sure. Lol... since I reside in Pennsylvania, not next door but close enough i as well have been busy. (Maybe the 6 oclock news) ..ill have to check mapquest. Should be about the same distance ! We shall see today after hopefully the dealership makes contact with me. Thats all for now. Thanks in advance. To Be Continued.

Do not trust this place

Could I make a negative review? This dealership told me several times the car I was interested in was available. Bait and switch big time. Half an hour before my appointment the saleswoman on the phone told me car was ready for me to drive. 15 minutes vefire appointment got text “car was ready for me”. Got there to clueless salesman and no car. Total scam. Do not deal with these people.

!!!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I saw a great deal online for a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage, for $12,995. I requested more information, when I was contacted by phone by "Jose" he told me the car was still available. He also told me the car was under the original warranty. With that said I made the appointment to see the car the same day. I took the car for a test drive and all worked well. I asked the salesperson Syed, (not sure of the spelling) regarding the warranty and he came back with the warranty only applies to the original owner of the car however he can offer it to me for $4,995. I declined the offer because he did say there was an 60K mile warranty included. I noticed there was some minor paint damage on the front of the car and the rear bumper also had minor damage that I asked to be addressed, not to mention the second key as the car only had one. The salesperson came back with what he introduced as the "General Manager". This guy looked like he was homeless. He had on a T shirt and a baseball cap, not a professional look at all. I told him I was going to put the purchase of the car on my Platinum credit card, however he said I can only put $3,500 on the card and the rest I would have to finance or pay cash. That seems silly to me because I just purchased a car for myself and my wife and put over 10K down payment on my credit card, with two different dealerships. Needless to say, I left this place. Luckily, I am not in a rush to buy a car for my daughter however I can totally see how dealerships like this take advantage of people when they need to purchase a car. !!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!

This dealership has got to be one of the worst

This dealership has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. They advertised a price of the vehicle as $38,995. We took vehicle for test drive and the alignment is off and there is a vibration over 60mph. As we start discussing numbers they tell us the price is now $51,000 because we are not financing through them. When called out on it, especially cause it doesn’t say it anywhere in their advertisement, they lowered the price back down. Asked them to take a deposit to hold truck while I get my bank check, they told me they don’t and if someone came in they would sell it out from under us to make an extra $3000 of finance fees. Then they put a $4000 certification fee on the paperwork. I tell them I don’t want it and they tell me it’s not optional. I asked them what it covers and they can’t even tell me what it covers until we sign the paperwork. While we were there, they told us they have another appointment coming in for this vehicle. When we walked out, called us within minutes of walking out. They told us that they made it up and didnt have any other appointments for the truck and to come back to dealership to make a deal. Milton called me back and left a message and I tried to call him back but never got a response. The dealership called me like 3 times since and I explained I was waiting for a call and no one called back. I have never dealt with shadiness like this before and bought several cars. I guess all the previous negative reviews were true. They

Honestly, what is that going to do? Take the time to read your reviews. I am not the first person to leave this type of review and nothing has changed. I called 3 times and no one has called back. I will find a dealership that values its customers instead of preying on them!

Best place for service

The place was nice and clean staff was polite and did the work with adressing the checkpoints of the service
