Just drove all the way from NC to purchase a truck and it was worth every penny. I called and got put in touch with Rafael who gave me his word the price we agreed on wouldn't budge a single penny and it didn't. Ali walked me through the entire financing process and helped me adjust my expenses to make sure the truck fit my budget. David was an exceptional and personable salesmen. My 50 year old father who hates cars salesmen with a passion loved David and took down all 3 of these gentlemen's info so the rest of the family can purchase cars from them. Phenomenal experience. I went to service my Outlander and met Felix Colon at their service department. I was greeted and promptly given his attention. My vehicle was there for a Check Engine light on. He took my vehicles information and was pulled into the service bay. He stated that my vehicle was also part of a recall and that they had the parts in stock to complete the job. I went in to look for a car and I am not ready to make a decision just yet, but everyone was very respectful and professional and patient. Stephanie helped, she showed me the car that I was interested in and answered all of my questions. She was very sweet and thorough. The general sales manager Akram was also very respectful and professional, he made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the car. Went to route 46 Mitsubishi shopping for a new car and I met the sales person Stephanie who was very personable and dedicated. I had the best luck meeting Akram Ali (the General Sales Manager of the store) who is a wealth of knowledge and guidance. This gentleman came and made the whole deal so transparent, detailed, clear, and painless. He was just to the point, patient in breaking down and explaining all the numbers, the car specs, and all of the expectations. He was amazingly professional and understanding of my needs. This is the first time I ever felt this safe and trusting in a cars dealership as a woman. I Would definitely recommend Route 46 Mitsubishi in general and working with Akram Ali in specific.
