Route 46 Mitsubishi

I Went through some hard times during the pandemic and my credit suffered was not able to get a new lease anywhere. Went to Route 46 Mitsubishi today and they sold me on Financing and were able to get me approved. Willy was really patient and got me a done.

I had a very easy time purchasing a used vehicle at this place. Stephanny was very helpful and friendly. She made the process very easy.

I asked about availability of a certain car. They said they have it and emailed me everyday to schedule appointment and that they are expecting me, happy to see me, etc. Saturday morning in that heavy rain we got there. I was told before, that I have ask for Vanessa or Rafael. None of them were there, So we were visited by a bored auto dealer there. Told us they don’t have that car. He really didn’t help us to find another option. We drove a large distance on that heavy rain all nothing! I wish they were more clearer. I am sure I won’t set foot there again.

Avoid at all costs. I was looking for a used vehicle and reached out to this dealership. As I live a good distance away they said they would send me the price quote and have a manager call me. I got a generic email with no information, spammed with fake follow up emails and no call back. I called back 4 times to get a salesman to speak to and no one called back. Finally I gave it one last time and got a manager on day 4 and he said the car was sold the night before. As I discuss the customer service issues he proceeds to take another call and talks to someone while I am still talking. Don't waste your time here, deal with honorable people...

This dealership is full of lies. I went over to look a 2017 4Runner listed for almost $40,000 and the sales person gave me deceiving info on SUV having rubber coating on bottom for rust. Then, 2 days later when I had appointment with manger Akram Ali, upon my arrival he told sales rep. JUST GO DEAL WITH THEM. I DONT FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH THEM. Akram not realizing I was right behind him. Akram was shameless and not a bit embarrassed on his act. On top of that he quickly said, SUV price is final as listed, plus $3500 prep fee, $799 dealer fee, $250 motor vehicle fee. I got a headache and walked out! So, my recommendation don’t shop there.

I bought Mitsubishi outlander from route 46 last week.Nice friendly atmosphere a knowledgeable and helpful sales associate Stephanie who was very professional and dedicated.She was patient and understood my concerns.I had a meeting with Akram Ali (Sales Manager of the store) , he is amazing and very good professional and understands my need.He helped put me in a car that fit my budget and got me on my way as painlessly as possible. Thanks Akram and Stephanie for all your help and I will definitely recommend whomever needs a nice car to your establishment. Thanks again
