I made an appointment with Rt.

I made an appointment with Rt. 46 to look for a new vechicle. I had been shopping for a car before with another dealership, and as everyone knows who has been shopping for a new car it wasn't the best experience. I went into the experience again with excitement and an open mind. Everyone at Rt. 46 treated me great! Everyone from Albert in Sales who helped me with my new car. Akram the General Sales Manager who understood my concerns and handled them with extream care. Lele in Finance who was accurate with the paperwork and explained it all to me. This is a dealership that I highly recommend for anyone who had a bad experience elsewhere. The people at Rt. 46 will turn your whole perspective around about negitive experiences. I would give more than 5 stars, but Google only goes to 5. Thank you Rt. 46 for making this experience a joyful 1.

Anyone shopping for a car now in 2024, better be prepared

Anyone shopping for a car now in 2024, better be prepared for car dealers trying to push any products or warranties that they can to upsell you on, so that they push up the sales price. After test-driving the car, the salesman insisted that we must get the $3,995 certified owner warranty for 7yr and/or 100,000-mile coverage. I told the salesman that this was an option and we didn't want it. I was told that if we don't get this then we would have to pay a penalty. I told the salesman that we would be paying cash for the car and was told that this is an internet sales offer and that we would need to pay via financing. I told the salesman that your internet sales price offer of $16,395 does say that this offer is contingent on being purchased/paid via financing. The salesman counter with, "Well, it doesn't say that you get this internet sales price if you pay cash either". I then responded to the salesman, "Since when is cash, not king"? His response was "Well, I'm only going to $75 on this deal". I told the salesman that my son and I were leaving and he said, let me see if I can speak with my manager. I said, "That's not necessary we are leaving and the salesman said, "No you have to talk to my manager before you leave." While at the front door, just as we were about the leave I was handed a purchase agreement sheet that had actually what I was looking for: the price, the tax, the doc fee, the registration fee and the title fee. I considered going back to the salesman's desk to review the agreement because is was only $100 more than what I expected to pay. However, my son leaned over a whispered in my ear that he had a bad feeling about this and had lost interest in buying the car. Afterwards, while driving home I said to my son, you made a good move because in life you should always trust your gut. It is a shame that you literally, have to be walking out the door before some car salesman will give you the offer you are looking for.

Came in on a Saturday and Sabul was at the desk front and center. I didnt Intend on driving away that day with a vehicle but it all was super easy. I think He was more excited about the extra features than I was! Mitsubishi owner in the past and wanted to be one again. Done and done!

We got a great deal with them.

We got a great deal with them. Bought our girls a beautiful Subaru. Stephanie and Rafael were fabulous. Took a little pushing to get them down to the advertised price but in the end we got a nearly new car with under 8,000 mi. for $3K under blue book. Thanks!!!
