Route 46 Mitsubishi

Our 2nd car purchased from this dealership. So far it's always been a pleasant experience. Both the salesman and the sales manager had to work with us quite a bit to get the deal through but they made it happen!

a year ago Danny the salesman made the difference. He took his time and provided and incredible experience , friendly and transparent. At the end of the day ,it's all about numbers for you for me and for them but a Happy medium was found

NEVER WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are liars, cheaters and scammers. And utterly unproffessional. They kept us there late at night after promising they would be super quick (first lie), they posted incorrect numbers on their website (second lie), they promised to help us with car insurance which they didnt (third lie) and they failed to disclose that the car we were looking at is hard to insure because of its high theft rate (fourth lie). When we tried to call them to explain our complaints and sort out all the issues, the representative simply got frustrated and hung up on us- unproffessional to the max. It seems as though they are super friendly up until you aren't satisfied with their service and follow them blindly- and then they treat you like absoloute crap.

I just wanted to thank Mr. Willy Pinedo and Mrs. Lilly Mckoy for their outstanding service at Mitsubishi rt46. From the moment I walked in everyone was attentive, professional, and constantly communicating every step of the way. Today I go home satisfied and with my new car 😁. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service is all I have to say to the team at Mitsubishi.

I went to service my Outlander and met Felix Colon at their service department. I was greeted and promptly given his attention. My vehicle was there for a Check Engine light on. He took my vehicles information and was pulled into the service bay. He stated that my vehicle was also part of a recall and that they had the parts in stock to complete the job. I had an overall great experience at this dealership and with dealing with Felix directly. If you need a good service advisor who is looking out for you’re best interest see Felix. 👍🏼

Came in on a Saturday and Sabul was at the desk front and center. I didnt Intend on driving away that day with a vehicle but it all was super easy. I think He was more excited about the extra features than I was! Mitsubishi owner in the past and wanted to be one again. Done and done!

Came in to check or look for a car. Saied meet us my self and my cousin, shows around and edvised us on what good for the family and budget. He was so professional and patient with us.
