I Melvin Gordon JR. stop in the Larson Hyundai dealership (Tacoma) and was offered a deal that was hard to refuse; the sales person Leon Waters never put pressure on me and explained the details of a car I liked , not that I was looking for a car, but the no pressure was a selling point and I purchased the car I wanted within the hour. Great Job!!!

Ryan is awesome!!
We were referred to Larson Hyundai by Truecar. Dana met our asking price and was responsive and courteous. Upon getting to the dealership, we had a wonderful experience purchasing our new 2017 Hyundai Accent with Ryan’s help. Ryan is kind, friendly, and non-aggressive (we appreciated that). If we ever purchase another Hyundai, we will for sure go back to Ryan at Larson.

Hyundai Ioniq 2017
Ryan Pitts was great. Some hesitation in full satisfaction. Please see comment below: Overall experience was great. After the purchase I decided to cancel some additional warranty options that I had selected during signing the paperwork (initially I was told I could not cancel the options since it was already written into the loan paperwork). But I did decide to cancel the options within the time limits annotated on the paperwork for each warranty option. That was about three weeks ago and I have requested updates through the finance department but have not received any information (my emails were acknowledged). And I don’t want anyone to be in trouble for any reason, I just want to ensure I receive the refund since I followed the guidelines listed in the warranty agreeements. This has been the only hesistance in my full satisfaction with Larson Hyundai.

Joe and Leon are helpful
The Genesis caught my eye so I stopped in to see what it was. Joe helped me with the test drive. Then I had to sell the idea to my wife. Three visits and a ton of questions later, I was able to come back and buy the car with my wife’s blessing. Joe and Leon were not pushy and made everything comfortable.
