We recently purchased a new vehicle from Erik and Montana who made our purchasing experience so comfortable that I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles, attentive to our needs and sincerely looking out for our best interest. I have never had a better buying experience and look forward to working with both of them again. I also want to thank Rachid from finance for helping us chose the best options to fit our needs and goals. I cannot stress how stress free the buying process was and again I thank all of you. I wanted to sell my car, so I went onto KBB to see the value of my car. Within a hour Kimberly from South Tacoma Hyundai reached out to me see if I would would be willing to bring the car into their location and give them an opportunity to gain my business. I informed Kimberly I already set up an appointment with another dealership and they offered my $150 above the instant cash price I was quoted just to bring the car in to them and we could go from there. Kimberly replied, we are a Hyundai dealership and if you give us the first chance to gain your business I’m sure you will be happy. In the end Kimberly’s professionalism and knowledge along with advocating on my behalf she earned my business. I did not have to go anywhere else and was very please to leave with more money in my pocket than the original instant cash offer. I would recommend Kimberly if your looking for a honest, professional, knowledgeable sales person who will advocate on your behalf.

Izzy was very supportive and knowledgeable. He did fantastic job helping clear up mistakes made by financial person....two major issues with final cost of our new 2019 Sonata Limit(Love the car). Alway review the final Cash cost of your new car($2000.00 error). Advertised price is not alway what you get. The final figures used can be very confusing with all the end of year discounts???? Thanks Izzy for making the experience bearable. Lost lots of sleep and had health issue. I am 75 years old and have purchased many new cars in my life.

Buying my first SUV
BOUGHT my first SUV HYUNDAI TUCSON from a SALESMAN/Fleet Manager JAY SHIN. WE like his costumer service it was excellent. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to buy another car from him in the future.

Worst Customer Service after Buying a Car
I would have given 5 stars considering easiness to talk to sales staffs and hassle-free procedures up to agreeing on a vehicle price... The finance staff who did all the document signings for me was great UNTIL I requested a cancellation of a pre-paid maintenance plan. A day after I purchased a vehicle and a pre-paid maintenance plan, I had changed a mind after reviewing pros and cons of a pre-paid maintenance plan online so I asked a cancellation. I emailed, no replies, so left a voice mail next day, but no replies, so next day I asked a sales staff to put a post-it note on a finance staff's office. No responses at all for three days. So I finally expressed my frustration to an operator and she escalated it to all finance and sales folks. Then like 30 min later there finally came an email reply with all capital letters saying "WILL START CANCELLATION PROCESS" and nothing more in email. In that email, I saw no etiquette and that email made me feel bitter after I purchased the vehicle from Larson. A couple of days after I emailed to ask about the status update and waited for 8 hours to hear back. No replies. So I called and he picked it up and when I was about to say "hello", he stopped me and immediately said in a rush "I am working on it, process takes up to 4 weeks, believe me I am on it" there were no greetings at all. His tone was rushed and agitated and it made me feel really bad. It kind of felt so funny as he started saying things immediately after picking up the phone. Imagine you called someone and then someone picks it up and immediately saying only what he wants to say without "hello" nor any sort of "greetings". That really summed it up how he handles business when something happens not in his favor. After how this finance staff treated me I don't think I will go back to Larson for a next vehicle... I really thought I would go back for a next vehicle but not after this. Company I am working with, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and I am not sure what the #1 priority is for Larson. This has to be improved for Larson to do better.

Just purchased my 2019 Kona Limited. Had the best sales person, they have one of the best finance guys and one of the best managers!!! BIG Shout Out to Jed, Rod and Cal!!! Love my new car!!

Poor Customer Service for Simple Questions!
I have been trying to get information about returning a service (Simonize Glasscoat) that was purchased with my 2016 vehicle from Larson Hyundai. The people there were great but they no longer work there... I have been trying to get just simple information regarding a potential refund but have been getting the run around from the finance department. I went in person to speak with a finanace manager only to be blown off and told just come in for the service! He had the audacity to get up from his desk and start looking for someone just to get me out of his office. I have called multiple times and have had my information passed along to the finance department and was told I will get a call back. I have waited patiently for the phone calls but have been left in the dark regarding SIMPLE information. I have never once demanded a refund, I was always asking what options do I have. I finally get a hold of someone and I am starting to lose my patience. I tell them the situation and I get the finance manager’s, Geoff S, cell phone number. He TEXTS me first to introduce himself and I try to call him and my phone call is ignored. In my years of customer service and sales it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to do this, especially for a customer concern. I am still waiting patiently for answers but am starting to get really irritated with how Larson Hyundai treats their customers with simple questions. If you want to get treated like an idiot or second class citizen go here! Never going to drop a down payment of over $10,000 to get treated this way. Never again. Take your simple questions elsewhere!

I Melvin Gordon JR. stop in the Larson Hyundai dealership (Tacoma) and was offered a deal that was hard to refuse; the sales person Leon Waters never put pressure on me and explained the details of a car I liked , not that I was looking for a car, but the no pressure was a selling point and I purchased the car I wanted within the hour. Great Job!!!
