Ben explained everything. He was very helpful considering my husbands special handicapped needs. Ben had to go to Rockford to get a car for us.

Purchasing an auto without pressure.

Scott was very helpful and made the purchasing process of this vehicle much nicer than the several autos purchased in the past. I would definitely prefer to buy the next auto from him.

Fast service and expert repairs. They even provide a 2 way shuttle service which is great. In and out on a Saturday with routine maintenance nd a small repair.

Buying a car out of state

Gina went out of her way to give me information about the vehicle I was interested in and responded very quickly to my questions. I thought buying a car out of state was going to be a headache but thanks to her and her team, it has been great!

Wonderful experience

I first met Gina in 2020 when we started looking at the option of upgrading our vehicle. She was never pushy when we told her we couldn't afford what we wanted and after coming back to her almost a year later, she listening and took a lot of notes and was a pleasure to work with. She found us a vehicle that we love. Everyone we came in contact with was always friendly.
