Friendly and informative staff. Employees stayed to close the deal so we didn't have to come back. Oscar was very helpful. Since we were there late, Oscar has agreed to call and walk me through the vehicle and go over things.

Clean facility
Facility was sanitized and cleaned. Also had snacks while waiting in the waiting room. Staff was very courteous and friendly when arriving for my appointment.

Great dealership
Service manager John and service advisor Jaime are very easy to work with. They treat me well and keep me informed during the service appointment. Gerald Kia is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive one way from my home but is well worth the drive!
