Friendly salesman, clean facility

Adil our sales person was very soft spoken, friendly and patient. Nobody tried to rush us even though it was late in the evening. Facility looks very modern and clean. I knew what I wanted prior to coming to Gerald KIA and it was very quick in and out.

Great service!

Our sales representative, Jordan, was very understanding and accommodating. He walked us through the whole process and was able to answer our questions. The sales manager, Tim, was also very straightforward and approachable. They seemed to be invested in making it a memorable and enjoyable experience, especially since it was my birthday. The dealership was well organized and efficiently.

Great salesperson

Great service

I like the guys at front desk and excellent service. Both of them were nice. My car was done on time and I like the car wash after the service too

Great Service, very welcoming and kind staff

The kind and welcoming staff. They were also very helpful. The facility was also very clean and sanitized during this unfortunate time of Covid-19. I also felt very comfortable sitting in their waiting area.

Service is the Best

My car had a dead battery and I was able to get it charged. and with no appointment I stopped into the service department just to ask if they could check the battery. The battery was fine but it was the original battery so I chose to purchase a new one and they were able to take care of me with no problem. I also asked if I could get an oil change. That too was not a problem. Also checked the car out and received the complimentary car wash as usual. The waiting was clean and disinfected, neat, plenty of coffee and snacks. I would highly recommend this service facility.
