Great Experience!
It had been 12+ years since we've bought a car. Jim was awesome and Tim was kind and so concerned that we were not only comfortable with our purchase but happy with the deal we made. He really made us feel at ease with it all. Thank you! Also wanted to add that the gentleman that came along for our test drive was so knowledgeable and gave us great information. He was also part of the reason we decided to purchase at Gerald. Happy New Year!

Great Service
Friendly, Informative employees who explained everything I needed to know to make a smooth transaction done in a timely manner. Sales rep was fairly new but seemed knowledgeable of the vehicles involved.

Great Service Experience
A great service experience. Jaime V took in the car , explained the charges and kept me updated on progress. The work was completed in less time than expected. Jaime is really good at giving me a 5 minute heads up that the car is almost ready - so I can pack up my computer and other items.
