Great service

In the service department, John the service mgr. has always handled my concerns with prompt resolution with concerns of my Cadensa. Except for this issue. Kia should pay for this without hesitation. I reluctantly paid for this cannister and labor. Pleas do not ignore my concern on this matter. I paid good money for this premium car. Keep in mind My mileage and concerns. Please in detail explain why this was not covered. ( A small leak????) for something in craftmenship should have been covered. Now I wonder why Kia boast about 100.000 miles. And the money I paid for this issue. How many other customers have had to pay for this service.
