Love Love Love my new Kia Soul

This was the best choice i made all week, after trying to buy a car for a few days Jesse Rodriguez came along and took over- 2 hours later i was driving my almost new Kia Soul home! Thank you so much you made it super easy and hassle free!

Buying my new expiring lease

Jose and Miguel made the process of buying my expiring lease very easy. Thanks to Samantha for getting the process started. Love the Sorrento and if in the market again I’ll definitely go back to Kirby KIA of Oxnard!!!

Awesome experience

I came in with my family looking to get SOMETHING to replace the lemon of a car I had bought a year prior. I was a little nervous because my credit was somewhat low and still owed money on the other. Anyway, I had test driven a used Kia Soul at another dealer and liked it (I've never considered a Kia before). It was a great price, but we wanted to see other options. We were fortunate to work with Miguel, who listened to my situation and offered some different options he thought might work. It was a really great experience mostly due to Miguel, because he was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy like many car sales people can be. I was stuck between three different cars, and he emphasized that this was a big decision, and I had to be happy, so I should take all the time that I needed. He was patient as I jumped between the cars, test drove them multiple times, and discussed with my boyfriend and his parents all the different angles I needed to consider. In the end, I made my decision, with the help of Miguel and his team running all the different financial scenarios, and I'm really happy with the outcome. I was able to get a really fair price for my trade-in, and even Mr. Kim in financing was a pleasure to work with and helped me get a great extended warranty. I feel really good knowing I have a dependable and fun to drive car that I don't have to worry about for many year to come. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to others and be back in the future.

A Customer Service

I was recently passing through the Santa Barbara area from Norcal and while dropping off someone @ the Santa Barbara airport my battery died. The battery in my Kia was the org battery... 7 years old.. That in itself is amazing.. Had to get the car jumped from a tow service who confirmed alternator is A-ok and the battery is just fried. I had looked up Kirby Kia as the nearest dealer as I did not have my tools and wanted knew I may have to install the battery myself so I could ensure I could make it home to Irvine. Anywho, I drove like the wind to Kirby since it was nearing 330pm on a Friday. I rolled up to the dealer@ 4pm and Clint greeted me and urgently worked on finding a tech would could do a quick battery replacement. His level of customer service is well above what I have experienced. He quickly confirmed a tech was able to complete the repair and my car was soon being taken back. Car was complete around 5pm and they washed it too! I was exhausted and it was hot so glad I did not have to go find an Autozone ,etc and make the change in a parking lot somewhere. The waiting room had good wifi and clean restrooms. Minimum refreshments due to Covid so will not knock them for that. If I lived in the Ventura/OXanrd/SBA area I would definitely take my Kia to Kirby for service! I really appreciate their customer service! And especially to Clint and the tech who completed the replacement. Really appreciated.

did research online prior to going to the dealership. was met on the lot by german rosas - no pressure salesman, efficient, friendly. david kim was the finance/paperwork employee - also no pressure, efficient, friendly. Raul, the manager was the same. all in all a good experience and we love our new used SUV.

great service

I was helped by Miguel Hurtado and Jose Valdiva. They were so helpful with my purchase and took me through the process with ease. It was a comfortable environment with them and also quick. Great people!

First Time Car Buyer from a Happy Kia Family

I was helped by Jonathan Garcia immediately as I stepped on the lot. I went to window shop cars but then came across a Kia Niro and fell in love with it. I went on a test drive and was very interested in the car. We didn’t sign that day but Jonathan reached out the next day to follow up with more information and offered assistance. We went back the next day and purchased the car. The process was very simple and quick, we were in and out in under two hours, signing, detailing the car and all. My family has purchase 5 cars from this dealership and we are a happy Kia family! Thanks Jonathan and Kirby Kia. I’ve had the car for a little over a month and it has exceeded my expectations as a first time car buyer.
