We just purchased our second Subaru Outback. The whole process from the trade in communication with Joey, ordering my new Subaru from the factory, and the delivery and orientation and out the door experience was over the top! Bob is the MAN! We make the trip from SB to Kirby and never regret it. All of our service has been done by Kirby and the service consultants are the best!

This was my first time ever purchasing a leased vehicle. My salesperson was Internet manager “Mark Morehead” and let me start off by saying I throughly enjoyed my experience. I told Mark exactly what I was looking for up front and he made it happen. I asked and he simply said let me run the numbers and see what we can do for you. He gave me several options and was very professional and friendly. I would recommend not only friends but family to purchase from this establishment! There was no “sales” push or pressure at all. George Estrada at Kirby Kia was incrediblly helpful. I am not a fan of shopping at dealerships because of aggressive salespeople, but George was perfect. He had answers to all my questions and did not come off too pushy. I appreciate that it felt like he was interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted rather than simply making a sale.
