The process was made unnecessarily difficult by sales staff that required extra days off. As we tried to buy the car, full cash offer, or even financing a small amount, we were told things that weren't true, because the sales staff weren't actually going into the office. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday all days off for John, yet we were strung along being told things were actually happening on our deal, when they really weren't. We bothered him on his days off.

Deanna Luis was the sales associate I worked with. Deanna made buying a car an absolute pleasure. She was transparent, thorough and efficient.
