Great experience with KoVB. Fast service with video review of work and attentive techs who point out issues BEFORE they become real issues. I absolutely love these guys and the work they do.

I called up because my EV6 was do for an 8,000 miles service and it had 2 KIA recalls. When I called they said there were 5 recalls not 2. I asked about a loaner, I spoke to 4 different people who kept telling me to speak to the service advisor. The last person I spoke to was from their Toyota rental Dept who was transferred to. He said to speak to the service advisor when I get there. I got there for my 9:00 appointment and the service advisor said they have not had loaners for several years. I actually had a loaner from. them when I purchase my car because they wanted my trade in prior to delivery of my EV6. Why did not one of the people I spoke to on the phone tell me no loaners? I had to leave because I had to give my 17 year old dog 7 different prescriptions for her heart and kidney issues. I would never have gone there for service today if one if them had been honest with me.

Spencer Hicks (Vero Beach, FL) provided EXCELLENT service & follow-up!! He was funny, attentive & professional. He did whatever he could to get what I wanted.Also, Ralph Mandarino was efficient & personable &. made paperwork a breeze! . I am very satisfied with my new 2024 KIA K5 EX!!
