The dealership was fantastic and the service crew was great. It took him a little while to figure out what the problem was, but they were on point and got it done and got me in and out very quickly. I’m very appreciative over the work that they did.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Kia of Vero

I recently had a disappointing experience at Kia of Vero Beach. I was shocked to discover that they were charging three times the manufacturer's suggested retail price for an oil filter. When I confronted the parts guy with the actual price, he shrugged his shoulders and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I highly recommend verifying prices online before considering purchasing parts from them. Avoid this place if you're looking for fair pricing and honest service.

2/17/24 Started driving seven hours to buy a 2023

2/17/24 Started driving seven hours to buy a 2023 Volkswagen car from this KIA dealership . The saleswoman Janette called back to tell me that before I came down I should know they put $3000 in dealer fees on every car they sell. When I asked her what that covered she responded every dealer charges $3000 in fees on their used cars. My response was so a 28,900 car is now back up to 36,000 with fees and taxes she respond yes. At least I was able to turn around and not waste so much of my time.

I had the worst experience when I first bought my car

I had the worst experience when I first bought my car $46,000 mi or so very very bad customer service with the manager Tim very bad customer service and now I had to pay $7,000 $800 to get my engine rebuilt when I only had the car 2 years what have Kia done since we bought cars nothing but bad service manager's bad I bought my car from day one I got there in the morning and then leave till 8:00 at night they wash the car supposedly and came back with the car still dirty bad experience ever since if it was a zero rating I will give you a zero

I felt like I needed a shower the 2 times that I went to

I felt like I needed a shower the 2 times that I went to this Dealership. There were so many hidden fees that drove the cost of my car up $10000+. They blatantly lied to my face. I was given a payment and by the time I signed off... apparently that increased by $250/mo. They have not returned calls, emails or texts. I have reported them to BBB, Florida Attorney General, and Vero Beach business Association and their bank. They jacked up my salary 2x so that I can have this humungous loan which flipped my credit to a negative equity of -$30,000. I can't even sell it. I own a $74,000 Kia that I hate the sight of. This dealership really xxxxed me over. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY!!

I purchased my new Kia forte at Kia of Vero Beach.

I purchased my new Kia forte at Kia of Vero Beach. My sales person was Freddie Mitchell. He was amazing! He was kind understanding I felt no pressure. I highly recommend this sales person as well as the dealership
