Kia of Vero Beach

I purchased my new Kia forte at Kia of Vero Beach. My sales person was Freddie Mitchell. He was amazing! He was kind understanding I felt no pressure. I highly recommend this sales person as well as the dealership

Kia lists vehicles and do not honor the advertised sales and add a mandatory 4 thousand dollars maintenance fee to purchase and lie about everything, they are scam artists they increased the advertised price by 10 thousand on all vehicles

Where do I even start? Was it the fact that they told me the radiator needed to be fixed but the radiator was in good condition? Or was it the fact that when I went into the sales office to inquire about the cost of a lease, the sales guy was offputting and insisted on running my credit and test driving a vehicle? Or was it the fact that a guy came from the back and claimed to to be the guy who sold me my vehicle 7 years ago (fun fact- it wasnt him). Or was it the fact that made a comment that it is a big jump from a kia forte to a telluride, as if 7 years hadnt passed by, and I am not making $12 an hour needing his mother to co-sign and now I make probably quadruple what he makes and have a credit score of 780... or was it the fact that I left their without pricing for a lease and I drove down the road to Kia of Fort Pierce and got all the information needed...Needless to say, will never be back and will never recommend.

I have been purchasing my vehicles from this particular dealership since 1998. I always have a wonderful experience. Recently on November 9th. 2023 Me and my daughters purchased a car and it went all good. The reason is that Mr. Kevin Summers he was our salesperson and he is amazing so as the finance manager. I am always happy to see Kevin and my girls were happy with his great personality. I definitely recommend to visit Kia of Vero beach. Awesome experience like always.

Went to Kia of Vero Beach on Saturday morning 11-11-2023 from Melbourne to look at a 2022 BMW M440i Convertible.we met with Wil Bapriste who was our salesperson..Wil took the time to show us everything and a test drive and never pressured us one time..when negotiations started another gentleman Lou came and helped Wil with the paper work and helped put the deal together..then we went into the business office and met Sandro the business Manager who did the paper work and got us delivered promptly..Our experience with Kia of Vero Beach was very good and easy and would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to everyone we know…Plus we bought an Amazing BMW!!!
