I took my Ram in for service over 1 week ago. The part(s) were not available. Thus, the parts were ordered & I got my car. Still waiting for call to come & get car fixed. Got this survey as if car was repaired. Nope!

Service department has a real problem with scheduling. When I made the appointment I was told it would take a day to complete. When I dropped it off they said 3 days. After 3 days they said it would take 2 more days. This was not a parts issue, they just kept putting other repairs ahead if mine. Beware.

DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER. Car shut down COMPLETELY ON FREEWAY. Lied about the there being no issues when the car was in warranty last year. Magically finds the issue after it’s over the warranty by 400 miles. Chrysler giving me the run around along with the auto shop for 4 weeks with NO ETA on when the issue will be fixed. 0 apologies, all they say is there’s nothing they can do even when the issued happened over a year ago when it was still in warranty. Car purchased end of Jan 2022.

Tom in the service department at Tuttle Click is amazing. They are booked up, but that is because they are well worth the wait. Tom knows his stuff. Another dealership almost had me paying for things that were covered under my extended warranty. Tom was familiar with both my vehicle type and my extended warranty program. He was able to get my repair covered under the warranty and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I can’t thank him enough! I will never take my vehicle to another dealership to be serviced after this experience! Thank you Tom!!!

I was very comfortable and greeted immediately upon arrival. I was confident that my car was in great hands. The service manager went over every aspect of the service 1 was receiving. He made sure to speak to all of my concerns.

Malcolm and El in service are exceptional in keeping me updated as to the status of my repairs Difficult repair and accommodating all of my requests.
