I brought my car to get serviced and was taken care of right away by Tim. He told me exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how much time it would take. He immediately alerted me when the service was finished and did all of this with a huge smile on his face. This experience was top notch. Warranteed Repairs
What I thought was an oil leak turned out to be a problem with the containment package for my 4-wheel drive. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty through an outside insurance company. Rob, the service manager, went out of his way to negotiate with the insurance company so that all but the small deductible was covered. Rob also made it possible for me to get a loaner auto since my car would be tied up for 4 or 5 days. And since my husband is handicapped, he made certain that the loaner would be able to accommodate my husband's walker, etc. I had purchased this Lincoln MKX 5 years ago and will most likely go back to this dealer when it is time for another vehicle.

Worst Ford Service in New Jersey!
I had to make a appointment for 3 separate Ford recalls, The appointment was for 4 weeks in the future due to zero availability. On the day of the appontment I was the first one in at 0730 am. No loaner car available, no shuttle service. I had to take a Taxi home. I asked if the car would be done on that day and Raul told me it would be about 2:00 pm. I was called at 4:30 pm and Raul told me that my car had not even been looked at! He then told me that he would give me a loaner if I took a taxi out to the dealer. I told him that I wanted to talk to the General Manager and then Raul transferred me to an emptey dial tone! It took me 30 minutes to get the General Manager on line. I spoke to a Joe Fisher who promptly transferred me to a service manager who told me that is was too late to do anything about it! He told me that when you make an appointment there are no guarantees and that it may take a week to fix the items that Ford recalled on my F150. He said that if I did not like it to go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE Paramus Ford is a SCAM!!!! This dealer is crap and they could care less about you! I will never buy another car or take my truck in for service here again. The service advisor Raul would not even review what was done on my truck with me, he threw the papers at my face and told meto go see the Cashier! When I asked the cashier if someone could review the work with me I was told they had no time to explain recalls. This is absolutely a garbage dealer! If you like to be treated like sewage go to this dealer!
