Oil change

You lost a costumer
I have no comment. It’s been a terrible, draining experience. I will not be returning or trading in my car at Kia in Highland. I will spread the word and try to get more information in the future.

Hi, as I mentioned you're a good customer and that was a big reason we helped with replacing your brakes at no cost but when it came to wanting such a low payment on a newer car our hands were tied. Every ones situation in life is different and we can only do what the banks allow us. John and Mo showed you all the vehicles that might have worked for you but unfortunately they weren't what you wanted. Our door is always open if you look around and then change your mind. Again I'm sorry first that you had the accident (not your fault) with the Soul and that we couldn't satisfy all your needs.
You have no right to keep car hostage. Cornering your customer and demanding more money or a trade was a no fair play. To have car in your dealership or what you blame service shop for over a month and have things go bad once it is paid for and I pick it up with small kids no less to have to wonder what else is wrong? New breaks, let’s fix it! New starter! Maybe something else!? Who knows. It’s a sad feeling what you put me through. I wonder if banks would be able to get away holding money away from you the way my car sat at highland Kia? I don’t think so. So I go back to saying more information, more knowledge about people I work with since it’s simple. Your job was to make my car safe and ready and not make me come back day after day for a week. That was a last straw and then making me feel like I am scamming you for a deal. Have more common sense and respect for people who do come in fully trusting your service. Time is money Mr Neddie. You have a great year and sell as many cars. I won’t be back, good costumer or not. My time is precious.
Great experience
Awesome experience. In and out in two hours. My salesperson and the sales manager were awesome. Everyone else was extremely friendly. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Amazing
Thomas Kia has the most amazing staff possible. Then genuinely care about you! I honestly feel like I’m apart of the family when I walk into the building. We came there to get my Kia maintenance done and walked out with my Kia and a new car. Netty is always amazing... Allen is also very knowledgeable in everything.. Mohamed is by far the best sales man I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I couldn’t ask for better people to service my vehicle and to team up for us to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you to Netty, Allen, and Mo for everything!!!!!
