Last minute emergency from afar.

I'm a truck k driver and customer means everything to me. They worked with me to get my car fixed that was several states away. So that my son and my grandbabies were not stuck without a car. Thank you.

Excellent Service

John was my salesman and greated me and my father as soon as we arrived. He was very informative and got to know Me and understand what I was looking for and what I could afford. He gave great advice and was extremely informative in every question I had. He sold me a 2019 Kia Forte that I LOVE! He made sure to do a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was going well and I even felt comfortable calling him to ask a general question about the newer Kias. Service was top notch there!

Plates and clean car

Neddie and Joseph green were so sweet and helpful:) I came in to get my plates put on my new vehicle and found Nettie and Joseph to be very helpful I met others that were sweet as well they seem like they're really together with it and I love the way they treat their customers and I would say it's a wonderful place

Walked in with nothing, walked out with a beautiful used car

Only gave me $300 on my trade-in car. The vehicle I purchased had trim damage and dealer didn't fix it. Also, the vehicle had no floor mats.

Sorry you feel this way. KIA does off an extra $400 Military discount for all active and non active veterans but only on new vehicles. I wish they offered it on everything but no manufacturer offers those type extra rebates on pre owned vehicles. We do have incentives up to $4,500 off plus a Military rebate if you wanted a new KIA. In regards to the trade in on the 1996 car I'm sorry but 23 year old cars with 130,000 miles just aren't worth that much. I talked to the manager and if it would make you happy you can for the exact same price we gave you. With the floor mats if you bring in your receipt he will reimburse you 50% of the cost. Some people keep their floor mats before they trade them in. If your still unhappy please call my mgr Tom Seely 219.934.2266 he is more than happy to speak with you. Thank you :)

You did not response to the fact that the sales man did not inform me about the damaged trim piece on the driver's side. And you, the dealership did not offer to fix or repair the damaged trim piece before or after the sale. I am in the process of having to replace the damaged trim piece out of my pocket. The estimated cost to replace the damaged trim piece is over 200 dollars. If you stand behind the vehicles you sell, you would have fixed the damage or offered to fix it.

Absolutely professional, waited on me immediately. Offered me water coffee and snacks. Let me know what they were exactly what they were going do how long it would be. They were pretty much spot on. Nice people, would recommend them, anytime!!

Best KIA dealership in NWI!

Love taking my 2016 KIA Optima in for service here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I never feel like I’m gettin ripped off. My husband and I wont go anywhere else!

Very efficient

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable.. The waiting area and washrooms are always clean. We appreciate the beverages and snacks while we wait. Even though we live in Frankfort IL we will continue to travel to your establishment for service.
