The dealer save my BMW mini by fixing tires
My MINI clubman hit the curbstone and broke my tires. Since the tire is the run flat tire. I tried Costco, they received my money and later tell me they can't fix it! Finally, I go to the dealer and get everything done very soon.

I visited MINI of Stevens Creek for my annual multi-inspection, oil and brake fluid change. I purchased the Auto Nation?s Vehicle Care Protection package, which offers 5 rounds of services, including oil and fluid top off, for pretty much a price of 1. Seemed like a no brainer, so I opted to pay for this deal and planned to drive 1-hr from San Francisco to Stevens Creek once a year. After my last service appointment, however, I no longer plan on returning to this location for future maintenance services. My service advisor, Daniel Dennis, was extremely clear, courteous and professional throughout my entire visit, which I'm grateful for until this today. Since I assumed my VCP package was on my record in their system, I was surprised to hear that I had to pay for oil and brake fluid change. Daniel was kind enough to double check and print my record for me, but we both did not see my VCP deal on the spreadsheet. I did not bring my paperwork with me this day, so I asked Daniel to perform the free multi inspection only. He gladly amended the proposed services and said he?d call me when inspection is done or find any issues with the vehicle. Few hours later, Daniel reached me and recommended that I replace my engine mount for about $1,300. My car only had about 20,000 miles, so this repair seemed odd to me. I thanked him for the recommendation and asked that they do not perform the service that day. I picked up my vehicle later in the afternoon and left the facility puzzled. After consulting with fellow MINI/BMW owners, they all agreed that an engine mount replacement with my mileage seemed suspicious. Hesitant to drive all the way back to Stevens Creek with my VCP paperwork, I decided to see a local repair shop recommended by one of my trusted MINI owners. Not only did they perform the oil and brake fluid change for less price, but they found nothing wrong with the engine mount and said these typically do not need to be replaced until the mileage reaches about 85,000 miles and up. I?m very glad that I trusted my gut feeling and found this new repair shop, but I felt disappointed and taken advantage of by MINI service. I?d much rather ditch my VCP package and perform my services at my new shop now than plan the next all-day trip down south and be recommended another unnecessary repair. I?ll just take this as a valuable lesson to never trust this facility again.

Fixed more than we asked for.
Sent the car in for a routine service, they fixed several items we where unaware of, under warranty. Same-day turnaround and all interactions done by text. Very smooth.

I have not had a good experience with this dealership. This is my 3rd Mini. At this time I am considering selling my 2022 mini s that has 10k miles on it and never buying another one.

Very helpful service and timely fix with Johny! I did not use car for a year and they helped with comprehensive check and car wash. Replaced battery and got my car back in function.
