Mini Service

Customer service and repairs were great. However, there were no porters to greet me when I dropped of the car and there was no ride available for me to pick up my car when it was complete. I had to pay for an Uber ride out of my pocket. I have 2 Mini Coopers that I alway service at Steven's Creek Mini for all needs and this is the first time there as no shuttle for ride available and I had to pay for the ride back to the dealership.

Need for honesty and integrity

I came for a multipoint inspection but impulsively had a diagnostic done due to engine check light. I got a list of 3 suggested repairs. The most expensive one (oil filter housing gasket) w/c I was told would cost more problem if not done soon was not existent per a friend?s mechanic told me. My tire when I got home showed a flat warning because only 1 tire was at 38 while the other 3 were at 33. I thought at least they were checked during this visit. Worst, I was shocked to hear that my repair cost (already outrageous) & discount would be dependent on how wonderful I respond in the survey.
