Excellent customer service from Anthony. Had been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a service representative and when he was made aware of this he took care of me immediately. Turns out he was the only one at the desk in the service department at that time.

AT first I was furious with Mini of Stevens Creek - I have purchased several mini's here and was just not believing the service; however Trent stepped up, called me and listened to my concerns, from there we made a plan and I left the conversation feeling much better about Mini - this is the customer service I am use to with mini. So big thanks there!

Mini sent me the recall notice in March 11 2021, I scheduled appointment with Antony on March 11. Antony delayed it again and again until August, 5 months! Where was the GM during all this time?

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at this dealership. My sales agent, Masood Ahmady, was especially helpful and went out of his way to be sure I was purchasing what fit my needs. He made my purchase a fun experience, amidst the stress of all the paperwork involved in buying a new car. After the purchase of my car, he even went out of his way and helped me drop off my rental car that was 20 minutes away. Really personal and professional service!

The service provided was professional. Hector is very courteous and also changed the battery on my key. The service was done in about 2.5 hours as promised, but given I was in for an oil change and basic check it just seems like a long wait. There is no shuttle service or rental car now so waiting there is going to be an issue especially if there is more work that needs to be done. The wait to check in is also long taking about 1/2 an hour, so this pretty much takes up most of the morning.
