Excellent customer service from Anthony. Had been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a service representative and when he was made aware of this he took care of me immediately. Turns out he was the only one at the desk in the service department at that time.

Great reach out for the service and appointment selection. I was greeted warmly with a quick review of my vehicle's needs and the time it would take. I waited and in two hours, as promised, I was able to leave with a full service.

AT first I was furious with Mini of Stevens Creek - I have purchased several mini's here and was just not believing the service; however Trent stepped up, called me and listened to my concerns, from there we made a plan and I left the conversation feeling much better about Mini - this is the customer service I am use to with mini. So big thanks there!

Excellent customer service from Shah in sales. Pricing wasn't the best but market situations dictate that at the moment. Decent amount of stock availability as well.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at this dealership. My sales agent, Masood Ahmady, was especially helpful and went out of his way to be sure I was purchasing what fit my needs. He made my purchase a fun experience, amidst the stress of all the paperwork involved in buying a new car. After the purchase of my car, he even went out of his way and helped me drop off my rental car that was 20 minutes away. Really personal and professional service!

I am very satisfied with the services I received for the battery replacement and break fluid change.

The service provided was professional. Hector is very courteous and also changed the battery on my key. The service was done in about 2.5 hours as promised, but given I was in for an oil change and basic check it just seems like a long wait. There is no shuttle service or rental car now so waiting there is going to be an issue especially if there is more work that needs to be done. The wait to check in is also long taking about 1/2 an hour, so this pretty much takes up most of the morning.
