Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous....

Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Due to a misunderstanding over charges, I became upset and behaved rudely; Anthony remained calm and gracious, and worked with the manager to resolve the issue. I commend both him and the Service Team's manager for their knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and willingness to work things out. I am, however, very disappointed that MSC no longer provides either a loaner/rental car or shuttle service. That essentially means having to sit for hours and hours while your car is being serviced. As pleasant as they try to make the waiting area where they do provide television, water, coffee, it's not a great situation. It's also made worse when surrounded by rude people who loudly chat on their phones for hours! At the least, perhaps post signs that it's a quiet area and people who wish to bark on their phones ought to sit elsewhere.

I had my racing strips start to deteriorate after about 3 years, took it to the dealership and they were able to get this fix under factory warranty. Very happy with the service team right now.

The Mini of Stevens Creek service department is organized...

The Mini of Stevens Creek service department is organized and efficient. My only complaint is that they do not honor the terms of the service package they sold me. The original terms promise a rental car when getting my car serviced. They no longer provide this service, and they haven't officially addressed the issue to their customers. I understand COVID-19 has affected them, but when you purchase one thing and get another, an explanation and compensation are in order. They aren't offering shuttle service (as a minimum), so the entire service experience is inconvenient and evidently costs the customers more money. In closing, I'll say that the service team is friendly and kind.

Very good buying experience

Mo was very helpful in making the buying process easy and painless. I worked with Mo over the phone, email and text to find me the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend using Mo as your salesperson.

Like pulling teeth

This is a surprisingly difficult purchase. I am still in a three-week process trying to purchase a vehicle in cash from Mini of Stevens Creek. Going through Cars.com, they did not receive my request for information so I called them. I got bounced around several sales agents. This took about a week. I finally got a proposal and about two days later I offered to purchase the vehicle in cash. They had me fill in a credit application nonetheless, claiming it is a required point of reference. I was told their finance department will contact me. After several days I called again asking for an update. One of the sales reps told me the finance department will mail me some contracts several days ago. I have not yet received the documents. Wish me luck.
