MINI of Stevens Creek

Visited Mini of Stevens Creek last week for first time as I bought a used Clubman and had it serviced while checking on accessories. The service was simply incredible. Service and parts staff were courteous, super helpful, and prompt in every manner. I'm only giving 4/5 stars for facilities because other Mini dealers have a larger showroom area for store for Mini gear.

I had a great time working with Marco. I really felt at ease purchasing a Mini with him. He had a lot of patience as I asked a long list of questions. He always answered with a smile. The way he handled all the communication, and expressions was very honest and kind. The dealer was not pushy unlike my experience with others. Although I had a small mis-happen, since I bought a certified used car, it was handled quite professionally. Highly recommended

I happened upon an Autonation website, and entered the car I was interested in and it came up at the price I liked. It was at Mini of Stevens Creek, I checked out the pictures and it looked pretty decent. I'm glad I was able to reserve it until I could get off work and run to Santa Clara. After seeing the car, I couldn't believe the fantastic shape it was in. It pretty much looked brand new, inside and out. They had detailed it out and filled the gas tank too! The sales people were very nice and friendly without being pushy or overbearing. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction, The last place I wanted to go to, to buy a car was a Dealer, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mini of Stevens Creek will be the first place I'll go for my next car. My Brother-in Law who was with me was very impressed as well with the way they take care of you. He said he'll look to them for his next car. I love my car and I'm glad they had it.

I'd been in the market for several months. The dealer reached out to me to follow-up. They had a car on-hand very close to my request. I showed up at 10am Sunday and walked out at noon with a new car.
