Bought a mini cooper 4door recently, The buying process was painless, and sales & finance people were helpful and courteous. Overall I am happy with the car and the dealership!

Ricardo Martin helped me find my Perfect MINI! He had exceptional costumer service. He went way beyond my expectations of a Cars Salesman. Ricardo was pleasant to talk to with no pressure involved. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that were brought upon him with a happy smile. When I came in I brought my entire family with me. He included them and made them feel important by answering any questions that they had as well. He is by FAR the best sales person they have on the floor. Before meeting with Ricardo, I walked in the previous day. This sales person had poor costumer service and was rude. I almost didn?t return until. Every part of the car purchase experience was well managed. I was concerned about the time of the day and whether the purchase could happen on a Sunday evening. But the dealership handled all details efficiently and the car was detailed, too! The two sales guys I worked with were patient as I sorted through the many inventory choices. I was able to find the right car for me and my budget.

The buying experience was fantastic. Jeff, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very patient as I kept making changes to the configuration, or asking more details about certain options. He never pushed for adding more options, and even very honestly told me which ones I had added but didn't really need. The overall experience was great, and I love the Mini I got.

Marco O. made my Mini purchasing experience an extremely low stressed experience. The real stress was deciding on the model, color and accessories to include! I could think of Marco as my kid brother, full of enthusiasm and energy for the product and brand he's representing. No hardcore sales tactics with him, just friendly banter, however, he will pick up on those unconscious "clues" you give him to help you make up your mind! Unfortunately, I had to wait two agonizing months before I could go motoring. This was no fault of Marco's, it was because there was no car in their inventory with the exact specs of what I wanted. Marco's quote for expected delivery date was very accurate. It was nearly two months to the date when I could take delivery of the car. I've had the car for less than one week. It's fun, peppy, exciting, nimble...all the things and more of what I would have expected!!! Thank you Marco for helping to add some fun to my motoring needs!!
