MINI of Stevens Creek

Though I bought my MINI in Cincinnati, it currently "lives" in CA, so I service it at Stevens Creek, and they are great!

Jeff and Robert made my MINI buying experience at MINI of Stevens Creek a very positive one. I am very pleased with my MINI Cooper Convertible and I was very pleased with the entire sales process. I felt like it was streamlined, straightforward and fair. I like their no-haggle, reasonable price for pre-owned cars, and I love the MINI Next Certification. Specifically, Jeff Mazzella was extremely professional, patient and knowledgable. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

General Manager Ryan Nelson and his top-shelf employee Paul Rubert have left a long-lasting good impression that will bring me back to Steven's Creek MINI. Ryan showed integrity and professionalism that is uncommon, and Paul polished off the finely-tuned customer service delivery that matched the best I've experienced.

Amazing experience with both Ricky and Robert. I would definitely recommend stopping by here the next time you are looking to buy a car. I walked in "just for fun" and left (a day later) with a new car that I love. None of the salespeople were pushy; they let me try as many cars as I liked and ran through their entire inventory to find just the perfect vehicle. In the end, I became a Mini convert and because of the wonderful experience had here, my mom is getting a Mini as well.

I came out with the mini of my dreams which was already in a giant parking lot. What fun to go around and choose the right vehicle, or I could have built one myself. I was serviced by Mariah, who was very helpful and answered all my questions.

It could not be any friendlier than it is. Everyone is always so nice and fun to chat with. .The place itself is very clean and cheerful!

My husband and I were shopping for a used Mini and were helped immediately when we walked into the dealership. No pressure was put on us to buy a car or to pick a certain one on the lot. We were comfortable the entire time from test driving to sitting in the finance office. This was by far the best car buying experience we've had.

The level of communication was outstanding, as I would receive updates for all stages of the build of my new car. They were also fair on valuing my trade in, making the process even easier for me.
