Awesome Dealership and Salesman
Justin Payne took really great care of us. He was friendly and extremely easy going. I've had a previous horrible experience with a car dealership (NOT affiliated with Bob Moore) and I lost my faith in buying cars from a dealership...until now. From start to finish was an awesome experience. Justin Payne and the other staff did not pressure me at all or use any sales tactics to make me buy a car. They wanted to make sure that I was making the best decision for my purchase. Even when I got in the financial office to sign the paperwork, I had some doubts only because of my own fears of purchasing a new vehicle. William Bones was extremely helpful and even stopped printing the paperwork because he wanted to make sure that it was something I really wanted to do; that put my trust and faith in buying from them. I didn't feel hassled or like I had to buy even if I didn't want to. Of course, we purchased a vehicle with them and I am a very happy customer. Justin, Eric and William took great care of me and we will definitely buy our next vehicle from this dealership again. I've already told 2 people looking to buy a vehicle to purchase it from Bob Moore and ask for Justin! Kudos to you all for making me believe in dealerships again!

Be careful here
I recently purchased a used vehicle from here on February 12th. I had the vehicle one day and noticed that on the passenger side door the vehicle had been in an accident. I called the dealership right away and they did fix the damaged area. I was really happy with them for doing the repair on the vehicle. Now after having this vehicle only three and a half months and putting a little over 1500 miles on it the transmission goes out. I took the vehicle back up so they could tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. Well today I get a call saying that the transmission is out and needs to be replaced. I was told that it will be over 4000.00 to replace or 2200.00 plus parts for them to take apart and fix. I explained that I have not even had this vehicle four months and yet it has needed two major repairs. Be careful of buying a vehicle from here, because you may end up with a lemon like me.

Waste Of Time And Fuel Here As Well!!
I requested information on a vehicle that I had seen online. I stated via text and email that I did not want to drive to their dealership to see the vehicle and waste my time if it would not fit my needs. I was assured by their staff that it would meet my needs and it was a beautiful truck. After 4 emails, 4 phone calls and 5 text messages from various people at the dealership, I finally said I would come and see the vehicle. When I arrived the truck was not on the lot and the salesman that I spoke to asked me if I was sure that I wanted to see "that truck"... .. I should have followed my gut and left right then...but I did not. He went around back to get the truck so that my husband and I could see it. First sight, DIRT/MUD caked on every inch of this truck that I have been told is selling for "a great price for this kind of truck and what do you expect for such a low price"... REALLY!?!?! 2007 with 161,000 miles for $11,259.....MORE LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP!!Other than the MUD/DIRT caked outside, the tailgate was missing and in its place were tie down straps crisscrossed across the back, the MUD/DIRT was caked all over the inside as well... including under the rear seat!! There were cracker crumbs all over the floorboard, and soda(?) stains all over the seats. It looked and smelled as though someone had been living in this truck. ALL 4 tires were BALD, it was visible that the truck had been in some type of accident as there was damage to the front end where the bumper had been popped out..but the plastic was broken. And to top it off, the check engine light was on and the salesman just said "but that could just be an O2 sensor"... Or it could be any number of things!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP PUTS A VEHICLE UP FOR SALE THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN CLEANED UP YET?????? And then doesn't even tell a person who asks about that vehicle!!???!?!?! And now to top it off, its two days later and I have received 3 more phone calls and 2 more emails from them!! Why, I said that I did not want the truck and that you had nothing else that I wanted on your lot!?!?! NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND PHOTOS OF THIS TRUCK DOES IT STATE THAT THEY ARE "STOCK" PHOTOS....(The only actual photos of the truck are of the Steering Wheel and the Odometer) That would have saved me the trip!!!!!

If you read my entire review you would have noticed that many have attempted to get in touch with me. I do not want to speak to anyone at your shady dealership, after the way that business was conducted when I was there two days ago!! This entire situation could have been avoided had your salesmen been Honest the first time that I spoke to them. I do not see ANY WAY that you could possibly make this right, and my review will remain negative, Hopefully it helps someone else in the future.

i shopped all of the GMC stores in OKC. I met the best sales person I have dealt with Phil Batson was so helpful he made it fun and quick, I recommend this store to all.

Waiste of time an fuel.
The truck I drove from Antlers OK to buy that the salemen an random callers from the 6000 phone number was not there, 7 hr round trip. Then they offered me a low ball price for my trade an didn't even try to meet in the middle when I found a truck i liked better than the one I found on line at Bob Moore's website, I had more knowledge of the trucks online prices then salesmen. I wonder how much to rent bill board in okc to say don't buy a stick of gum from Bob Moore.?

great online purchase
actually my purchase was by phone and internet, I told them what I wanted, and what rate and cash price and with very little time we schedule a closing. I picked up my new truck on Nov 20, 2015
