JEFF CHRISTISON WAS TERRIFIC IN HELPING ME BUY MY NEW 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE. HE HELPED EXPLAIN ALL THE FEATURES OF THE CAR THE NIGHT I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I GOT A BETTER INTEREST RATE WITH THE TOYOTA FINANCIAL GROUP BECAUSE I HAVE A PERFECT SCORE OF 900 ON MY CREDIT REPORT FROM EXPERIAN.

Jeff Christison was the main reason I decided to Purchase our new 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE V6. from the Toyota of Bountiful Dealership. There was some room to negotiate with Jeff on some of the optional extra items and packages I really didn't want to include in my purchase and Jeff had them taken off the final price we eventually agreed upon .Jeff also helped me secure a lower interest rate because of my perfect credit score of 900 with Experian. Toyota Financial Services ended up offering me a 4.29 % interest rate for a period of 5 years or 60 months. In ending my compliments to the Bountiful Toyota Dealership, I would just like to say, Thank You to the Bountiful Toyota Dealership for having Salesmen like Jeff Christison in your employ. Jeff is an excellent credit to Himself and to the Bountiful Dealership to which he is presently employed.

Went in for an oil change and front end alignment.

Went in for an oil change and front end alignment. They centered the steering as asked, however the truck still pulls to the right and is not aligned. Very frustrating to say the least. I should be refunded the alignment charge. If a company provides a service and that service is not done correctly, then if they had any integrity, they would refund my money.
