First time to this dealer and was treated eitb great attitude from service advisors. It's out of my way but will definatly make the trip for service.

Service agent was nice.

Service agent was nice. Manager wouldn’t match tire price at Costco (okay). Had to pay for oil service over phone (okay). Prefer to get an itemized bill first. After-hour key handoff with sales receptionist was one of the worst customer service interactions in recent memory.

Quality of service has gone down hill at this dealership: slow service, no longer doing car washes/vacuuming, vending machine has replaced the self serve soda, etc. We will be choosing a different service location in the future.

Quick and easy service.

Quick and easy service. It was nice to have a car wash and detail done with my car service this time. This service was not provided with my last two oil changes. Zak was friendly and welcoming.

John is the bomb got my oil change done in a timely

John is the bomb got my oil change done in a timely matter went over things.our Highlander will be needing and a problem I had before he compensated us for that and helped me get my new phone to sync with my car. He is phenomenal.
