Everyone was super.

Everyone was super. We had a little problem. It was resolve with exclamations of what we were paying for. It was all settled and the exclamations made sense and everything was great. My husband LOVES the truck. Thank you.

Great environment for car buying.

This is the worst service I have ever had.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I waited for 4 1/2 hours! No one offered a shuttle! They first told me it would only be 2 hrs, so I thought I would wait! They dealer did t care about the costumer. I left several texts went and asked and Devon was nowhere to be found. This was terrible service!!!!! I am not a happy person at all with Toyota Bountiful!!😡😡😠😠

Toyota Bountiful is always so great to me.

Toyota Bountiful is always so great to me. Service is quick and easy and their sales people listen to what I have to say. Also, Alex in finance wasn't pushy and explained things clearly to me. Love this place!

I needed my emissions test done and they were able to get

I needed my emissions test done and they were able to get it done, but I called for a price and was told it would be $30 and when I got there I was told it was $36.75. I went there because I thought the price was going to be $30 so I wasn’t happy about the price change when I got there.

Crystal from performance Toyota sent me $15 worth of gift cards to make up for the overcharge. I am happy with the results.

I was only given 2 options of a RAV4 that would be

I was only given 2 options of a RAV4 that would be available in my 2-3 week window of needing a car. Scheduled to arrive 11/30-12/6. Today is 12/31 and I'm still waiting. Vuc was kind enough to lend me a car until mine arrives, but communication has been bad. They keep telling me when my car will be ready, then wait until the last minute to tell me it isn't. Messed up all my Christmas/New Year travel plans with the wonderful communication. FYI, they also won't allow anyone to pay cash. Toyota financing only.
