I worked with Clay to sell my 2011 Rav4 lease through an in/out, then used the equity for a new 2013 Rav4 lease. He gave me a great deal and put a lot of effort in to make sure I had a good experience. It took about three months to finalize a deal with a buyer (would have been sooner, but a potential buyer backed out at the very last second even after I had turned away other really good offers to honor the deal I had worked out with him), but Clay stuck with it and honored his offer for a new lease when I got someone else to come in. I also learned a lot about selling cars in the process.

We were very impressed with the entire process. We visited the dealership a few weeks prior to buy our truck to see what inventory they had. We were greeted first by Josh Chavez. Very professional and willing to help answer our questions and find us what we wanted. Josh even went a step further and contacted another dealer to see if there was a "deal" to be made. We returned to the dealer a few weeks later. We were greeted immediately by a salesman and when we asked for Josh Chavez he did not hesitate to find him. Everyone was dressed professionally, had a smile on their face and was willing to help out. Once Josh was found he helped us with the process. We test drove the truck, which we loved and later bought. Upon returning to the dealership Josh showed us the complimentary snack area and helped us accomadate to our girls. Our girls were able to watch kid friendly tv and have snacks while we did the paperwork process. The functioning of the dealership was very smooth and hassle free. We will recommend Toyota Bountiful to anyone.

Clay was amazing! The whole car buying experience was by far the best I had experienced! The car was for my daughter and Clay explained everything in detail to her making sure she was involved! It was great!

Reputable Dealer? NO
So after reading the reviews about Toyota of Bountiful, I thought i would repay my experience I had today. I Looked at there available inventory on line, and was contacted within 5 minutes of submitting for pre approval. I was contacted by Tommy Terry who initially seemed sincere. He was insistent that I come I informed him that I didnt want to waste his time or mine, so until I was sure about the vehicle I didnt want to come in. After numerous emails and phone calls I agreed to go to the dealership. When I arrived and met Tommy Terry who in conversation told me he was the internet manager, he informed me that the vehicle in question was not actually available. First excuse was that a mechanic had the keys locked up in his toolbox. I informed him that I wanted to see it anyways. Then I was told that they didnt actually have the vehicle. It was being traded in on a car that was special ordered by a customer. He then tried to move to a different vehicle. I was not interested. While walking the lot I asked about another vehicle. Mr Terry said we would walk up front and get info on the vehicle. He wanted to get my VIN and info on my possible trade in. I told him there was no point in getting that until I had a vehicle I was interested in. His next statement was would you like me to walk you to your car? I asked again about the other vehicle, He then replied its not ready to be sold. I asked him why he would waste his time as well as mine when neither vehicle i was interested in was available. He said that he was going to call me to tell me they didnt have the vehicle I was interested in but his manager told him just to get me in. So after reading other customers comments and the responses from Toyota of Bountiful. I would gather that the manger in question would be Jason Long. Funny that Mr long has replied to both negative comments I posted on there webpage. As usual he tried to seem sincere and wanted to try to make things right.My question as I asked him is still this" Why would you post vehicles for sale that you dont have possession of?" Glad I read the other post on cars.com. Shows that the replies from Toyota of Bountiful were strictly to save face. here doesnt seem to be any actual resolve to the companies mis deeds. I would recommend you purchase a car elsewhere.

2013 RAV 4
My experience car shopping was as enjoyable as car shopping can be. Toyota Bountiful and Mike Arcaris made car shopping tolerable and almost enjoyable. The facilities were very pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable to be in. Mike was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped in getting what we wanted and made all attempts to make the experience enjoyable. Mike has been very available and helpful with all my crazy questions as I learn to use the RAV 4. My wife and I are very happy with our RAV 4 so far and look forward to many enjoyable years with the car. Thanks to Mike and Toyota Bountiful.
