These guys were awesome, I've owned 4 vehicles and I've never had a better experience buying a vehicle. The sales team did an excellent job. Josh was a lot of fun and great to work with and did a great job in finding the vehicle we were looking for. Really appreciate Auggie in going to bat for us getting the price we were looking for. Weston did a fantastic job in putting together the loan, helping to keep the price within our budget. It was the first time we had met these guys and they did excellent, they told us they would take care of us and they were true to their word. Buying a car has never been a better experience Really appreciate everyone, were definitely coming back here to buy our next vehicle.

Lucky was a great salesman. Dustin in finance was terrible. He kept telling me to come in or that he would be finished with paperwork the next day, next week, on Thursday, etc... When he finally settled on a date for me to come in the price we agreed on was up $72 a month. When I asked why he said, "Nothing is guaranteed." I asked for my trade in back and gave him the keys to the vehicle I drove for 3 weeks. He acted like he did me a courtesy by not charging me anything to drive it for 3 weeks. During all of this he wasn't even addressing me with my correct name, which was written on paperwork all around him.Two hours later I had a better rate and more equipped version of the same vehicle with less miles and ALL the paperwork was finished upon agreeing on a deal at another dealership. Terrible waste of time. Salespeople:awesome. Finance:pathetic.

We had an excellent experience at Toyota Bountiful. Angelia and Russ took great care of us. We left the dealership with TWO new Toyotas for a smaller payment than our old cars! I highly recommend this dealership.

New Rav4
My experience with buying a new Toyota Rav4 at Toyota Bountiful was the best I ever encountered purchasing any vehilce before, and I have purchased a new car years ago. Dealing with the Salesman Harry Dyson made it such an easy and pleasant experience. I would rate him the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I was very impress with how easy and fast it was to purchase my new car. Very friendly and helpful staff and even after I bought my car, Harry follow up with me on how my car is. I recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a new car and get the best experience doing it as well. DY

Excellent Customer Service from a return Customer
Jeff Christison was our sales rep. and the experience could not of been better. I have purchased or leased many vehicles and i've had some good & bad experiences. This was excellent and exceeded my expectations from start to finish including Scott the Finance guy who explained the options available but not in a high pressure way. Jeff kept me informed and was courteous and kind throughout the experience. He summarized and explained the new details of the 2013 Venza before we left the dealership. A word about the dealership, for this is the second car experience with them. They Have excellent Service Reps. two I remember, Michell & Bryan who make each service enjoyable in a top notch facility. I highly recommend Toyota of Bountiful, you won't regret it.

Before getting to Toyota of Bountiful, my wife and I had vowed to never buy a brand new car from a dealer. When we arrived and started dealing with Augie wasmund and Ramon Ozorio we found out that the used Tundra we wanted to look at had been sold. I was ready to take off when Augie started showing me numbers on a new Tundra. The price was right and I didn't feel like we were being presured or hasseled. The offer was one I could not refuse. We went against our vow to never buy new and purchased the truck. I am happy and had great service from both Augie and Ramon. They were both professional and answered all of my questions. These two are a great asset to your company and I will for sure be back then next time I'm in the market and will tell all my friends. Thank you so much for your service. Erik

I originally got the Prius and then Capitol One wouldnt except on of my forms of income. I had to go back and get a cheaper car. I went got the same model and yr with higher mileage. Even though the internet was down, Kelsi helped me the whole time and ended up getting it done. She was way more than helpful and I would go back and recommend her to all my friends. She is an excellent employee.

I had already posted one review. Given the nature of the two phone calls received in the last few hours, this is a different and expanded review to give a better explanation of their idea of "customer service". We purchased a 1993 Ford Explorer from Scott Argyle at Toyota Bountiful July 29, 2013. It was listed on multiple internet sites including the information that stated it was 4WD. It's an old car; we did not expect it to be perfect. However, we trusted the salesman and the dealership to be honest. The 4WD switch was still there and still hooked up. The light came on when the "4WD" was turned on. When we got it home and had work done on it the next day we found out that there was no front end differential, no front drive shaft, and no front axles. There is NO WAY this could be 4WD. When I called, Scott was on vacation so I talked to Jason Long, Scott's "Internet Team Manager". After explaining that the car was NOT as described by them in their advertisements we were basically told "you signed---as is". I was hoping this was a simple mistake, but after talking to them they offered NO options to make it right or even fair. This was not a matter of it being there and it not working, there is nothing there. We were told that since all their VINS are auto generated, they could not be held responsible for them not being true. We were told that this was a low profit vehicle (which I'm sure it was), that they couldn't spend time on things making sure that things were accurate. They said they had NO responsibility because of all of their jargon loop holes (and because we TRUSTED them when they said it was 4WD) and we signed the "as is warranty". When asked what I would consider a reasonable solution to this problem, I told them to come and get it. They asked once if we would be OK if they bought it back, they were told yes. But apparently that offer wasn't approved. They didn't want it either Because we considered what they did as negligent, incompetent, or dishonest we put our payment (on our credit card) in dispute status. To us they were in breach of the Utah Deceptive Trade Practices Laws ("...to prevent deceptive, misleading, and false advertising practices and forms in Utah..." (1) Deceptive trade practices occur when, in the course of a person's business, vocation, or occupation that person: (a) passes off goods or services as those of another...representing that goods or services are of a particular standard, quality, or grade, or that goods are of a particular style or model, if they are of another...engaging in any other conduct which similarly creates a likelihood of confusion or of misunderstanding.) Guess they don't consider this as applying to them. By the way, their Odometer Disclosure Statement was off too. NOT by the 100,000 as is possible with older cars, but by 50,000. I pointed that out as another area where their paper work was off, but was told that since this car was over 10 years old, it wasn't necessary for this car and it didn't matter if it was wrong. When we talked to them we told them we had contacted the Better Business Bureau and put the charges on dispute status. I said I guess we will let the CC company figure it out. I also said I would put my experience in the reviews. It seems that was the only time the person on the phone got upset. He didn't want their "near 5" reviews ruined. Even though we still consider their actions as "they weren't concerned about our business, just our money" it was more hassle that it was worth so this morning I called the CC and told them to take these charges out of dispute status. Later this afternoon we got a call asking us about the charges and that the purchaser was going to be arrested if they were not paid. Toyota Bountiful was told that the charges were already reinstated on the card. They were told also told to let us know if things were not cleared by tomorrow to let us know what we needed to do. Within the hour we received another call from them stating that since we put this in dispute status that we would now have to drive back down there (over 3 hours each way) with a Cashier's Check delivered by the end of business tomorrow. I guess they figure they are getting the last laugh. But we traveled over 3 hours each way the last time we bought two NEW cars because we found a salesman we trusted. If he hadn't quit the business, we would still be with him. We will need two new cars again soon. Only one of our six children has their own car so far. We lived in Ogden for over 8 years and still have friends there. We will NOT be going to Toyota Bountiful. I'm sure they will have some neat little reply, lawyers at the ready, but my point is they live up to the saying "buyer beware" and they didn't check to see if what they said or put in writing was accurate and true. If you want a new car, maybe you won't have any problems with this dealership. But if looking for a used car, it became very obvious to us that their paperwork was inaccurate and bottom line was more important than integrity. So "why" the score: 1) Customer Service: All customer service should be good, true excellence shows up when there are problems and they are at least willing to work with you. 2) Quality of Work: Their "auto" description methods are not checked, and they do not hold themselves responsible if they are wrong. Where they got the numbers for the Odometer Statement are anyone's guess. 3) Friendliness: Again this should be good for any sales personnel; to me threatening jail, without even checking to see if payment is restored is excessive. Making us drive 500 miles to deliver a less than $2,000 Cashier's Check with 24 hour notice is vindictive. It has been 10 business days (2 weeks) since the purchase, yes I can see that they would want their money, shoot, we only wanted what they SAID they were selling. 4) Overall Experience: See Above 5) Price: Ok for a 1993 4WD Ford Explorer. Too bad it wasn't really 4WD.

Repair experience
Went in to have my Sienna serviced. They have very nice waiting area with snacks and activities for young children. The tires needed to be checked, which included turning off the "check tires" indicator light. A man came in to talk to me about turning off the light and gave some long explanation of how it was going to cost $40 to have it turned off; but if that didn't work they would have to do something that somehow included satellites and that would cost $600- but he was pretty sure they could fix the problem with the first solution only costing $40. I looked him square in the eye and told him I was not going to pay $40 to turn a light off. He turned and left. As I drove away, I found that the light was off. I do feel that they were trying to scam me. The only reason I went to this dealer service station was because there were two recall services that needed to be taken care of and we had a key fob that needed to be programed through a dealer. I hope I never have to go back again. They are also continually sending me junk mail even after several attempts of having it stopped.
