After going to other dealers and being treated horribly, I checked the website for Toyota Bountiful and found they had the vehicle I wanted (2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited). I requested a quote on the website and Mike Acaris got back to me shortly to confirm my vehicle choice had the options I wanted. I made my offer through email and Mike responded very quickly. The negotiation process was very seemless and easy and I feel I got a wonderful deal. I had a trade-in so I drove to the dealer after work and after some additional negotiating (very easy). I felt that Mike/Russ also gave me a fair price for my trade. I then went in to finalize paperwork with Rob. This is the part where other dealers really made some mistakes with me and I felt Rob to be very professional, had a good personality, and treated me with respect. He explained everything I asked him to so it made sense, gave me a great deal on a service contract, and answered all my questions. Overall, a great experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealer to anyone on the Wasatch Front.

Great service! Gerry went above and beyond to help get me in the car of my dreams! Being first time car buyer I was a little bit stressed about it, Gerry put my mind at ease and helped me understand all of the information. They don't care just about making a sale they want to get you in the right car for your needs. Not only did they make me happy but they also made my dad happy, when it comes to cars for his kids he isn't all that easy.

Helped again
I have worked with this toyota dealership before in the past, actually within the last few months, and have a second time found them to over exceed my expectations. The first time i was amazed at their willingness to help and their courtesy. I in no way felt like i was even at a dealership. They first bought are used car back with no hastle and fought to make it the best deal, and than just bought our second car back and traded it in with no hastle. My wife and I can not explain the great happiness we have. I will never go anywhere else for any of my car needs. Some of the people I have worked with there include Auggie W, Marco, and Weston Bird. Would recommend working with any three of these amazing employees.

I would say it really depends on which salesman you encounter as you walk in. The first time I walked in and the salesman is OK but his manager is terrible. I call it is too sneaky. He gave me a such a high monthly payment as if I an idiot. The second time I just run into a different salesman. There is no push. Everything is reasonable and you can start negotiating from there. As I remembered, her name is Angelia. Pick up the right salesman. Walk away if fell uncomfortable. Or talk to different salesman before you have a test drive, if possible.

Terrible Service
Terrible, they have no credibility. They sold my daughter a car and then 3 weeks later they said they made a mistake and she had to return the car, that day or they would not return her trade-in. She had a contract and they did not honor it.

Angry Mom, I can completely see where you are coming from. If I was in your shoes, I would feel the same way. Please know that it is NEVER our intention to have a customer bring a car back. We are in business to sell cars, not bring them back. We fight and fight the banks when they decide to turn down one of our customers. I wish we were the bank and had more control but unfortunately we are not. Everyone loses in this situation when we have the loan denied. Please accept my personal apology. Lucky and Weston were both fantastic. I did also purchase additional assesssories for the truck- waiting to get a call back to get those scheduled. But, overall we had a great buying experience. Can we speed up the buying process though?

I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the WORSE...
I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the WORSE experience I have ever had. We called in a few days before we were coming in an asked that they get everything ready. At the time of the appointment nothing was ready. I got there at 1:00 and didn't leave untill 7:00 pm that night. They wrote the contracts wrong. The salesperson did nothing to help right the situation. I would not reccomend Toyota Bountiful to my worse enemy. We bought a $50,000 truck you think you would get treated differently.

Traveling to Montana from San Diego my Toyota had a check...
Traveling to Montana from San Diego my Toyota had a check engine light go off. I had my two grand kids with me and their other grandmother. So I took my car to the nearest dealer (Mark Miller)(they stink) in Salt Lake City and they told me the couldn't check the problem until the following day. The clerk behind the counter was very unsympathetic to our problem. We are in an unfamiliar town with two little kids and a car that may break down. She was soulless. So we got back on the road and there was a sign for a Toyota dealer in Bountiful. We pulled in and even they were busy too they still helped us. The problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes. They even shuttled us to the movies and back to kill time while waiting for the car part. Thank you to John Pollett and everyone at the service area, you guys are great!!! Toyota Bountiful is awesome.

When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Gerry and he was most attentive to us in listening to our needs and assessing what would work for us. Between him and Wes (Finance), we were able to get ourselves into a new vehicle that will last us for years to come at a price that was affordable to us. The service that was provided to us was exceptional in that they were willing to listen to what we needed and find the best way to accomplish that for us. We are very glad that we just happened to wander in to check out our flyer number. Thank you Toyota of Bountiful, for a most pleasant service.
