great sales team at toyota bountiful, utah

tommy and russ are GREAT! There is a no hassle experience. I found the Tacoma I wanted. I told them I wanted to trade my tundra. I want a fair price and I will buy. They offered in my mind a fair trade in price and the sale took an hour. What is excellent about this team is, they treated me exactly the same way back in December 2012 when I bought a camry. Great job guys. I will tell my friends and I will be back if I ever want to get rid of the camry or Tacoma. Jim F

Horrible experience turned out just fine

I went clear from southeastern Idaho with my own financing to purchase my dream car I had found online. I called ahead to make sure they would accept my financing, and they said yes. I drove down and worked a killer deal on my car and drove away happy. Received a phone call 5 days later that they would NOT accept my financing and I needed to find new or return my car. They wouldn't even come get it unless I was willing to forfeit my down payment! Had a very reasonable conversation with Auggie, who was able to understand the whole picture and find the mistakes. He was able to make everything right that very afternoon! I am still the proud owner of the car of my dreams thanks to the help I received.

My wife and I decided it was time to invest in a second vehicle, and through research and pricing out a few vehicles, we felt the pull to try out a Scion! After seeing the array of positive reviews for Toyota Bountiful, it made sense to see what kind of business they could provide for us. I will start by saying the experience was even better than expected. We had the pleasure of working with Josh Brinkerhoff, and I have never felt so good about buying a car. He was honest and upfront, really listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle, and delivered some top-shelf customer service. Josh made the process so smooth and simple. He helped outfit us with a Scion xB; my wife and I couldn't be happier! The car is fantastic, but it's Mr. Brinkerhoff's customer service that made this car buying experience so awesome! He listened to us! He was in our corner! If you get the opportunity to work with Josh, don't hesitate... We experienced red carpet treatment from the first call, through the deal, and even after buying our Scion. Thank you Toyota Bountiful, you have set a new standard for car buying for my family and I. When people ask where we got our sweet ride, I can confidently say I bought it at Toyota Bountiful!!!

Originally I posted a highly negative review about how I had a bad experience, wouldn't recommend them, etc. The day after I posted the review I got a phone call from Auggie asking me as why to why it was bad etc. come to find out part of it was a my bad I thought the price was $13,000 because that was what my loan was for not thinking about dealership fees taxes and all that other stuff that was my bad I only over paid by about $300 dollars which is alot better than $3-4,000. I also described to him the condition of the car when I bought it like my back bumper needs new clips Toyota Bountiful has offered to fix and even repaint the bumper for half the cost of an already good deal! After going in and talking to them we realized we just had a small hiccup in our communication (He thought it was resolved) and we got everything taken care of and I will definitely go there for my next vehicle! Now I just feel bad because my friends have heard otherwise. If you have any problems I highly suggest you speak with Auggie Wasmund as he helped me in my time irritation with them.

I flew in from NYC late and they picked me up in Park City in the morning drove me all the way to Bountiful and made everything a pleasure to deal with. I highly enjoyed their company as people and recommend working with them.

To keep this short, all of the employees that helped us i.e Angelia, Marco, Weston, and Auggie, were some of the most professional and courteous I have ever met. They all treated us like they cared, and took care of us. They went out of their way to help us with our problem and our purchase of our new vehicle. Even watched our children as we made decisions. The best and the only car dealership that I will ever go to. We highly recommend them as a company, but especially this dealer.

First off, I hate the car buying process. It's a big purchase, and I'm always worried about getting ripped off. So when I found out Bountiful Toyota in Utah had the truck I've always wanted (Toyota 4runner Trail), I was pretty nerves. However, after everything was set and done, I'm very happy with my purchase and glade I decided to buy it from Bountiful Toyota. My salesmen Gerry Turbides was very straight-forward with me, talked to me like a person, and never seemed like a “sleazy” car salesmen. After we decided on how much I wanted to pay for the truck Weston Bird, the finance manager, helped get me a really low interest rate. Weston, worked with me, my personal bank, and other lenders very hard to find me the best interest and put my mind at easy after making such a big purchase. Bountiful Toyota is a great dealership, and if you're in the Salt Lake City area I would recommend checking them out.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Toyota Bountiful. I went back the second time because my first experience was excellent, and I was not disappointed. In fact, my second purchase was such a great deal that I'm still smiling.!! I used the website to choose the vehicle I wanted to test drive, and Tommy Terry made the entire process enjoyable. I was very very impressed at how non pressure everyone was and how willing they were to help me meet my needs. I felt they cared about me and what i was trying to accomplish with my car purchase.
