Shae was great!

This dealership is the bane of my existence.

This dealership is the bane of my existence. After purchasing my car from them nearly a year ago, I have experienced xxxx. I don’t understand how they are still in business. They have dropped the ball more times than I can count at this point. Most recently, they scratched my car door during regular service and after approaching them, they have ghosted me. During my car buying experience, they provided me several wrong time frames of when my car would arrive, they told me my car was ready, I showed up to pick it up and the car had the wrong VIN. They sent a short payoff for my previous car. I could go on and on about the misery this dealership has caused and would not recommend it to anyone. As someone who works in the Quality Assurance field, I find the behavior of all employees of this dealership horrendous. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction and I would advise anyone looking to purchase a car to steer clear of Toyota Bountiful. I will give them credit for attempting to make things right by offering a few free services but upon taking advantage of those services, I have ended up with more disappointment than relief!

2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from here in 2 years.

2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from here in 2 years. Rodney and Mike were great to work with and I feel like we made a fair deal. Finance process was quick and friendly too. Only negative was another customer’s trio of terror keep running around the sales floor, the restrooms, and the area we were talking, screaming and popping balloons. Stock Benadryl.

Great experience

A month ago I purchased a Toyota RAV4, first off the atmosphere of this dealer was amazing, I was greeted by Jared my sales guy, he is a straight forward Guy, after I purchased the vehicle, I put a couple of things on my new vehicle and there was a hickup in keeping my appointment, they had set for me the service department couldn't keep the arrangements after I had dropped my vehicle off I had to pick it back up a couple hours later and reschedule for the next day, Jared made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. There service department is pretty great also.

Toyota Bountiful always delivers my car on time or

Toyota Bountiful always delivers my car on time or before. This last time I needed to be out of there by a certain time. And we had to add an extra service that needed to be done. They got me out on time so that I could get to my next appointment. They are always very friendly courteous and keep me up-to-date on everything. They do not try to push anything that I do not need done to my car. I go the extra mile and time to make sure I can take my car to them. It is about a 40 minute drive from my house to the dealership to get my car serviced but it is worth it to me. Trust means a lot and getting my car serviced.
