Shawn Wallace; I posted a review July 9 and it never was published. After finalizing the deal, the car was damaged by an employee speeding in my new car and hit a pot hole. I drove 3 hours only to leave empty handed, initially I was told I would have the car the next day. One day turned into 5 days. I got a call from the salesman to say, it needed brake pads it wouldn't pass safety inspection. The car was on the lot for 81 days and the day of sale all this. The car rides rough, strong vibration in the seat and steering wheel. Not a good place for pre-owned cars, I believe they are under staffed, they have good looking cars that haven't been properly pre-inspected. Haven't heard from the salesman (Dylan) since morning of delivery, in which I initiated all calls. Not a good follow-up, Not a good look. Not looking for anything other than to Express my experience. Have an appointment with BMW service to get the car running as it should... "more money"

Tim was extremely helpful and patient with us while we looked for a car that would suit our needs. I thought I knew what I wanted when I walked in but after a test drive I knew I was wrong. He asked great questions to find me the car that I would really enjoy. We will be back!

Courteous service, but too many people involved in making the contact and ending up confusing me as a buyer. But, they all want to serve their future client. Would go back again.

Beware!!!!! Drove all the way from Alabama to finalize a purchase and we were asked by Mario to lie about my co-signers income to Wells Fargo when they called. Absolutely refused to lie and the general manager then pawned us off on another person when we refused to work Mario. Made us question their honesty and integrity. Then the car was missing remote for nav and keyless system didnt work. I was advised these items woeked before driving 12 hours. Wasted time and money. Took off work, paid for hotel rooms and fuel. So dissappointed and they didnt even care.

Both my husband and myself enjoyed purchasing with OttoSource. Madison and Mario were GREAT!!! Very tentative and had listening ears. They even did things on my phone for me that I wasn't able to do to help the process. I love the vehicle we purchased and have received several calls since our purchase to check on us/vehicle. We even had a good laugh playing a trick on Mario. Friendly people. Mario spoke very highly of the owner, which spoke volume to me. He said, the owner gets dirty with them. WOW!! It's the place to go and feel good about going.

This is by far the worst car company ever. I called to verify why they ran my credit without my authorization. I speak to a lady by the name of Madison, who states she did not run it. However it's fraud to run a consumers credit without there authorization. I am now in contact with an Attorney to look into it. They are very desperate to sell cars. They do not operate from an integral stand point. Please take your business to a more reputable dealer, who cares about the customer credit rating. NOT JUST SELLING CARS

I recently bought my S 550 from ottosource and iam gald to say it was a very smooth non pressuring purchase. Mike and Rashid were Nice they were able to keep their promise of transactions. But I have to give a great Kudos to mr Bruce fowler who gave a touch down to finsishing touches to the promise made. I had a little dent at the bumper which ottosource agreed to repair with Eurotech it was Bruce that made it happen because I don't like driving around with any dent in my car.
