A "beautiful" Service Department.

The sole reason to use a particular Dealership Service Department is simply, "They have earned my business". I have multiple Dealerships that are more convenient but you have to use the one the just gets it done. Gets it done with a smile, professionalism, and never pushes for items I do not need, but makes sure I am safe. Kudos to Ronnie and his outstanding Team!

Service visit

I had a strong coolant smell coming from the vehicle so I called and made an appointment. They had me scheduled for an early morning appointment. At the last minute I couldn't make the early morning so They let me drop it off the night before and pick up my rental. That was a big help. Jason called me and told me what the coolant leak was and that they also found the transmission cooler lines leaking. He told me it was all covered under my extended warranty which I was glad about. Another good thing about having the extended service contract. Was kept informed when the parts came in and when it will be ready. Got a call when it was ready and went to get it.Great service as I have come to expect.

Great Service

I called my cadillac roadside assistance for help with my battery because my car would not start Christians they patch me in with a roadside assistance representative by the name of Carlos I had a great experience Carlos was on time he was very professional he had to come out to separate time but each time he gave me a call he stayed in touch with me she let me know what time you would be here he arrived at that specific time he did the job quick and took care of the problem immediately thank you thank you thank you so much follows for being a great help

Welcome home!

We just purchased our first Cadillac! Rick made the experience quick and easy. Usually that is pretty much the extent of the relationship with dealers. Anytime you go back for service you are tucked around back and ushered into a tiny room to wait. Not here! When you walk in, every one is warm, friendly, you are giving the feeling of coming home. I can't say enough good things about this company! From the moment you walk in, everyone you come into contact with is happy, smiling, and trying thier best to make sure you are being taken care of. This may be our first, but it is not our last vehicle to purchase here!

Awesome Experience

As is the case with any large transaction, much thought and deliberation must be exhibited. However, the folks over at Pepe Cadillac made our leasing experience an enjoyable one. From the very start, the staff was very professional and courteous. In particular, our sales professional, Rick, was outstanding and extremely iknowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pepe Cadillac if you are looking to lease or buy a new or used Cadillac!

friendly and efficient

All associates of Cadillac treated me like a queen...thats why I go to Pepe they get me in and out as quickly as I need. they are willing to do what it takes to make me happy. Friendly people thats why I go back when I need service. their service is top notch

Great service

I have dealt with multiple dealerships in the past. PEPE Cadillac has THE best customer service that I have ever received by far. From the moment I walked in the door till my car was delivered to my house a few days later.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
