Plesant friendly atmosphere..
From the time i walked through the door at pepe.. Its no strees no pressure buying a car.. The staff is warm and friendly offering you coffee, tea,water or a snack. There is no pushy sales staff here.. Ive been dealing with pepe for years and only deal with one sales person David.. This guy is amazing & gives the customers exactly what they want... I just bought a 2014 ATS as a second car & the experience was painless..

Repair was done in a timely fashion
Repair was done in a timely fashion. Sam the Service Rep was very professional. A loaner car was provided which is so crucial for me. I travel a good distance to Pepe Cadillac and cannot sit around at the dealership all day.
