Excellent Service Center

Excellent Service Center! My Service Technician Sam Kwartler, did an excellent job of performing exactly what we sat down and agreed my Cadillac needed to have done. A loaner car was ready and waiting for me which made my life so much easier. This is a top notch service center and I will bring my Caddy here anytime it requires service.

Good and considerate.

Service was good...the rep very professional and courteous. Everything starts and ends with the service rep. Jadon made the experience much more pleasant and professional than any other in the past. His personality is perfect for customerservice. The best by far.

Jasson Liriano made my complicated service visit a breeze, he did an excellent job putting all the pieces together. He arranged a great loaner and continually updated me via email as the process was completed.

My first service experience

Thank goodness that finance Manager Robinson Rodriguez was present during the pickup of my 2015 CTS and assured me that the problems that I brought my car in for service would be addressed again!

Traded in my Chevy for a Cadillac-ac-ac-ac-ac-ac

Lease was almost done on my 2015 Traverse. I figured I'd check out Cadillac even though I was convinced it would be out of my budget. My sister is a long time client of Pepe's Mercedes dealership so I gave Pepe Cadillac a shot. Long story short, I worked with John Gerardi and he found me a lease on a 2018 XT5 that was lower than what I was paying on the Traverse. No sales gimmicks. Gave a straight price. Worked to find a few incentives and leased me a car. I only hope their service department is as professional as their sales.

Treated like Royalty

Purchasing my XT5 was an all around a great experience! I worked with Rick Maher. No pressure! Very informative and easy going. Everyone that I met there was very gracious from Patty the receptionist to Robinson in management and Jason in Service. I would highly recommend Pepe Cadillac to anyone considering buying a car of this quality.

Ron Bald does it all

Steering column making noise. Nothing done .brakes squeak in morning, told washing car too much washing grease that gm uses for quick fix out of calipers.

Pleasant, professional and productive

Pepe Cadillac has been our go to car dealership for some time now. I have referred family members to them and will continue to refer people there in the future. Our experience there is always a pleasant one. We are met with friendly staff and are always treated with respect and the utmost professionalism. David Persaud is our salesman and he always goes out of his way to make sure we are 100% satisfied and does not let us leave until we have what we need.
