Love Pepe Cadi would no go to another location. White plains have always been good to me and my Cadi family. Always on time, always efficient and always friendly ! Jason my Service rep is always knowledgeable and friendly Frank the minute I pull in to the minute I pull out he is always smile’s and hellos and goodbyes he is awesome ! They really know how to take care their customers !!! My truck is always cleaned at pick up!

Worth the wait
Brought my car in for service on an emergency basis because I had purchased the extended warranty from GM. The repair took a few days, a bit longer than I had expected, though in their defense, I had no appointment. The repair was done well and everyone was pleasant and professional. A great place with great staff.

Accommodating
John was very helpful and patient. I asked him to give me a call if the sale fell through on the jeep liberty I saw on Edmund.com for PEPE and he did! If I had a complaint it would be with the service dept. because the AC was running when we test drove the car, nice and cold, but when we drove it home only warm air. I contacted service for a Monday appointment and got it BUT they are giving me a two day window for the repair. Unacceptable for a car I had for an hour.

Not totally satisfied
My experience prior to the delivery of the car was great, but only to be blemished by the presentation of a dirty vehicle. It was supposed to be detailed, as was told, and it was never done. This is unacceptable and no matter how it is looked at, perception is everything.

3 Strikes for Poor Service
I purchased my CTS here and took it back for service several times, but never again. The first time I took my CTS in for clicking noises. They couldn't hear what I was hearing and said the car was fine. I happened to be in Long Island for business and stopped at North Bay Cadillac and they found the trouble. The steering rack had to be replaced. A $1200 job covered under warrantee with only days to spare. Recently took the car in for a routine oil change and the dealer said the car had lights on the dash:Stabilizer off, ABS off, Traction Control off. Left the car there for 2 hours and they said I needed to make an appointment to have the car checked since they didn't have enough time to diagnose the trouble. They needed an additional 3 hours for diagnostics $140. I took the car to my local shop and received diagnostics in 30 minutes with an estimate for a fix. The cost for diagnostics $45 which they could appy to the job. I called Pepe to find out how much it would cost to replace the Rear hub assemby with bearings and received a similar quote. I took the car back in to Pepe and they said they will check the diagnostics to verify my local shop. After 5 hours they sent me a quote for the repair, same diagnostics, same repair. The cost of the repair jumped to $1100 from $700 their initial estimate. Of course I took the car back to my local shop where they fixed the problem in 3 hours for $585. The lights are all gone and the car is back to normal. This experience has taught me never to take my car back to Pepe for anything. 4 hours of labor for $560 while the local guy can do it in 3 hrs for $235. Just shows Pepe's mechanics _uck. Can't diagnose _hit and can't fix _hit. Sorry my S key is stuck. Never ever going back to Pepe Cadillac for anything.
