Excellent Service and Staff
The man who took my car was very helpful and friendly. He was fair-skinned, wore a red sports cap and a red shirt. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I always feel comfortable at this dealership. Also, I enjoy the complimentary snacks and beverages :)

Amazing experience
I went into Pepe Cadillac to get new rims and tires on my vehicle. Within 2 days I was driving away with my brand new hand painted rims and tires. My experience was a 15/10. Ron Jim and Jason were fantastic as always. Pepe Cadillac is my number 1 place!!!!

Quality Cadillac Service
Pepe Cadillac provides prompt, quality service. The service centered quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled the repair. My next car will be another Cadillac for the great service that I know follows the car!

I purchased a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Cadillac. The service was great. Corey Jones was very helpful with making sure the deal went through. John Gerardi was very helpful from the beginning to end. John explained to me what every button in the Escalade was for and then after a long day he stayed back to set up OnStar. The staff there were excellent. Pepe needed to make some minor repairs to the Escalade and therefore had to lend me a loaner. Lynn Bartolini was great with explaining the process and making sure the pick up and return with the loaner went smoothly. Jason Liriano in service, updated me consistently until my vehicle was ready for pick up. Patricia (Patty) Coviello treated my kids so well that when it was time to leave they wanted to stay. PepeCadillac tipped the scale when the hired a Saint (Patty). Dealerships are usually boring and dreadful so having fun and not wanting to leave is uncommon. Having experienced, what I've experienced at Pepe Cadillac, i would recommend Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
