Service visit.

Just went in for an oil change, coolant service and a NYS inspection. Also had a bent rim from a pothole. Sam told me about a rim repair deal that was going on at that time which I took advantage of. My car was in and out in good time and returned washed. I made the appointment for the wheel repair at a later time. As always an excellent service experience. Sam and the staff at Pepe know how to treat a Cadillac customer. Look forward to future business with them and I have referred friends there also.

Exceeded my expectations!

Excellent quality of service in a timely manner

I was very happy with the overall experience of taking my car to be serviced at Pepe Cadillac. The issue was fixed very quickly, the service adviser kept me informed about the repair and the car was returned very clean.

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable both sales representative and manager. Went far and above expectations. I was told car would be ready at 4:00 PM and it was ready and shined wonderfully.

EFFICIENT.

SERVICE IS EXCELLANT AND STAFF ACCOMMODATES YOUR NEEDS. CUSTOMER'S WAITING AREA IS VERY CLEAN WITH REFRESHMENTS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I ALSO LIKE THAT THE VEHICLE IS HAND WASHED UPON COMPLETION.

Service Visit 4-25-2018

This was my 1st service visit (oil change only). Made an appointment for 9am. Arrived at 8:55am. Service Advisor Jason Liriano was not able to see me until 9:30am. He was the only Service Advisor at the time. Very disappointing for my 1st service experience. Additionally, I discussed an issue regarding a spare tire. The Service Advisor Jason told me he'd have Salesman John Gerardi contact me. A week has gone by with no follow-up.

Sam is the best

Great experience. Always courteous. Came in for state inspection and Sam, service advisor, saw that I was due for oil change and tire rotation and took care of those items so I wouldn't have to make a second appointment.

The most outstanding dealership .

Pepe Cadillac brings a level of professionalism and outstanding customer care I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing . They work hard to please their customers and answer any questions. I am not surprised that many feel like they’ve inherited a new family when they purchase an auto from Pepe. They treat everyone right.

Great service

I bought a used truck at a different dealer and it it did not feel right. The service at Pepe's was phenomenal. Issues were identified quickly and resolved. Trucks running great so far!
