Great first time visit
Imhotep first experience with a Cadilac dealership was in Long Island and I was not going back to that dealership ever I felt like after the sale I wasn’t treated with respect. Pepe Cadilac was a great experience that has renewed my trust with Cadilac. I hope this service continues so that we can have a continued relationship. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Best car experience ever!
Just leased a 2018 Cadillac XT5 from Pepe Cadillac in White Plains NY. From the moment I walked in to driving out with my new car, the complete experience was the best I’ve ever encountered in my 50+years of car ownership. Every car dealership should take a lesson from these folks. No sales pressure here. None needed with these pros. One the great experience on a deal! I drove from New Hampshire to this dealership well worth the ride.. Best overall experience ever!
I’m almost 60 years old and have bought many different types of vehicles and numerous dealerships in different states. I have to rate our experience at Pepe Cadillac to be the best overall. They found the vehicles that we were interested in, answered our questions, allowed us to make a decision without pressure, and delivered exactly what we wanted at the exact price quoted. Best of all, they got us in and out very efficiently. They had all paperwork done ahead of time, gave us all the information about the vehicle that we needed, took in our trade and had us on our way in no time. Very repectful of our time.

The staff is courteous, efficient and very easy to work with. The experience was so good that I had the feeling it would be so great to return for servicing a few times weekly. I recommend this dealership very highly.
