My service experience

I brought my car in because the key fobs weren't working. oil change special and to get my wheels repaired with the warranty I purchased. I dropped my car off last Thursday figuring it would be a day or two and got a loaner car. It turned out to take until this past Tuesday before I could pick the car up because of the wheel work. It seemed like every time I would start to wonder about the car being ready, I would get a phone call from Jason giving me an update. I never once had to call to find out what was going on. I don't know if this is your training or Jason is just that good at his job? Either way I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know Jason and the product you are providing are the best and the reason I drive down to Pepe Cadillac. Mt. Kisco is much closer to my work, but I keep fighting that 287 traffic knowing that I will have a great experience having work done on my car with you guys. Always a pleasure dealing with Pepe.

I have been a recurring customer at the Cadillac dealership service department in White Plains, NY for the past 5 years. I have always been attended to in a timely fashion. The receptionist team always responds to my phone calls/ voicemail promptly and efficiently. The service is great. Never hesitate to listen to my concerns about my vehicle.. Absolutely the best Dealership I have ever dealt with!

Good job! Service was done correctly and delivered timely as promised! Received a loaner that permitted me to see my doctor and when done, the car was ready!

The service was excellent and well done. While there, I was told about a recall and it was repaired during this visit. This prevented me from having to return for another visit to get this service.

CADILLAC PREMIUM CARE

The service was all that was promised. However, I brought the car in at 3:00 PM as was scheduled and I was told it would take an hour. I waited for the car and was given the car back at 5:30 PM. That was 2 1/2 hours. I was a little disappointed in that.

Outstanding service

Have to say, had a great impression in the dealership to the service, to the people that work there. Jasson was a great help with the service to the Manager Mr. Rodriguez, they made you feel like you are at home and your vehicle is safe with them. I’m happy I choosed PEPE! Thank you guys again!
