As crazy as this sounds, we have purchased a total of thirty-seven cars since 1953, this last purchase being our eighth Cadillac. Only two dealerships stand out in our memories as being first class--Pepe Cadillac and Darien Jaguar; in all likelihood Pepe will see us again in the future. Our salesman, John Gerardi, is truly one of the best. Actually, he is the nicest salesman we've encountered in the purchases of our personal cars. Not only is he knowledgable about the product, but also he is patient and caring when it comes to explaining the intricacies of new cars. One might go so far as to say Pepe Cadillac has a gem in John Gerardi!

WHAT QUALITY SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT

For all three years of my lease, my car has been serviced by Pepe Cadillac. I cannot rave enough about the service and attention I received from your Service advisor, Ron Bald to the gentleman who took me to my job and picked me up and the mechanic who worked on my car. I could not ask for more courteous and attentive service. I would buy a Cadillac again just because of the service. Your service dept. should be an example of what QUALITY SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.. CTS Service visit

Courteous service as usual with wifi connection so I could work from the customer waiting room, great. Coffee and goodies to snack also wonderful.

Absolutely amazing. Very professional and attentive, and friendly. Comfortable atmosphere and very easy negotiations. I absolutely love the new Cadillacs, the selection was difficult, but I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks to the team!

I am happy to now be part of the Pepe Family. Having been to Greenwich, Mahwah, and Grand Prize Cadillac Dealerships, Greenwich and Mahwah were good...Grand Prize was horrible. It being more convenient to go to Pepe, wow...fantastic! Ronnie was excellent and made me a believer, so the entire experience was beyond my expectations. I had an '08 SRX and '10 Escalade serviced back to back after liking the first experience. Grand kudos to the Team at Pepe, I am now a convert!

ATS

My sales person (John Massaro) was very patient and competent. I have only had the car for a week so the jury is out re. the actual car. I love the look, but the voice recognition system (navigation etc) is not as accurate as my Infiniti. There should be a way to bypass some choices - it takes FAR too long to get directions or a tel. number!

My experience I had with Pepe Cadillac dealership I will never forget. This was my first experience in leasing/ buying a brand new 2014 Cadillac ATS. John Gerardi was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable as well as other staff representatives. I Had went to different dealer ships undermined what kind of a car I wanted. Since I am in my 20's know one took my serious about any car I looked at. John Gerardi treated me as if he new me for years and advised me as my dad did. He took his time and well informed me regarding everything I needed to know. I Would also like to praise Angelo Maida a business manager that made the paper work very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend the Pepe Cadillac dealership, staff, and most especially John Gerardi as the number one place to visit for a great car shopping experience.. I want to say Thank You to Everyone..
