My trunk lock was broken. Pepe service had to ordered the part. They provide me with a loaner car. My car was repaired. The trunk lock was replaced by the next day. No charge

I had some repairs ($1,200) that needed to be done with my 2011 CTS. Marc at the service desk handled all my needs, called me with all additional/recommended work and was extremely professional. Pepe Cadillac service is top-notch and the service professionals, Marc & Ronnie, are excellent. An organization is only as good as its people and Marc & Ronnie are doing an outstanding job in representing Pepe Cadillac. Hopefully they are acknowledged for their excellent work because they are always on the front lines dealing with customers who I am sure can be difficult when repairs are needed. Great team.
